Frankly, if the Directors sell at this level that's the worst signal ever.

I've been holding on hoping for a HailMary, but I'd be tempted to dumped everything if just to get something back from my initial investment if I see Director selling.

In normal times I'd say the RNS today could be viewed in a positive light that people owed monies were willing to accept shares in lieu. However, in this case it may be more a case of it's shares or nothing guys.

ON the offtake MOU - obviously this won't be executed by end of JULY unless we've a miracle return of licences. At best I'd hope for an extension. But expect the arrangement to lapse and to be revisited if/when licences are returned. Whether there will be any announcement I don't know.

I have to admit this is agonisingly slow, 98 metres drilled reported.....expecting a slew of drill results all over the place, would like to see something beyond this shallow drilling, although I understanding the reasoning behind it.

I remember when you and Justone emerged last year there were inclinations to purchase more stock. Did what you heard give you enough/any confidence whereby you'd be tempted to add to your position?

I guess what are they ACTIVELY doing to get our licences back, not just passively waiting for something to happen

Last year JUSTONE went, but I haven't seen him on the board for a long time.

I think 'early' depends on investor profile:

We all have our own profiles...

Listen to any experienced large investors, eg Sprott & Rick Rule, they all say they are prepared to be down like 50% if they believe in the company and the asset. They'd rather get in early than late in these circumstances.

That said the CGNR is very quiet, would be good to know what's going on...

Good to see a little buying today on the back of the announcement, though I wonder if that determined selling we've seen for a little while will return once the 'rally' runs out of steam.

Question now is what is he and his wife going to do with their shares.

I've been watching this company for the longest time and the massive opportunities it has. Finally decided the share price is looking very unlikely to dip coming up to all the activity this year and given it's underpinned by access to massive amounts of cash.

SO have started to accumulate.

From the RNS: "We have now started to receive the assay results from the 2022 drilling season, which will form the backbone of the MRE which we expect to announce in late August."

I expect we can expect these to be announced within the next few days....

Yah. If you believe this will be resolved then the project is as good as it's ever been, better now we've seen the structure of the potential offtake agrmt.

The near incompetence and cowardice of the ceo to face and communicate with shareholders is very off-putting, I will not invest in him again.

I still have a large stake here but so far underwater there's no point offloading, couldn't with the volume I have anyway and at this stage I'd realise such a small amount there's no point.

I take comfort the original private whale investors haven't yet sold either.

But I cannot justify any further investment. And the Board's actions/lack of does not give me confidence.

Project is still great but I'm wondering if feasibility analysis needs to be revisited given the delays and the changes in the world.

Jurisdiction risk is not my top category for investment decision making.
