Have to agree some of the questions sounded like they came from people with little or no idea about the real world. If I was HAA, going forward, to add maximum value limit time given to such questions/individuals who are only there to waste company time.

I am feeling increasingly encourage by our prospects for a major rerate this year. The lead bank has signed off - since they're taking more of the risk I would expect the secondary bank to take significant comfort from this achievement. And I would envisage, barring some major geopolitical event, that we will soon receive the second sign off - then it's up to investors to decide if they wanna be aboard this train or not... Some of use already are, perhaps imprudently, others will jump on as the year progresses.

I think once we see the announcement on the 2nd bank the market will realise this is, finally, for real.

Uranium bear market is over (probably) everyone talking about demand now that everyone is trying to up their nuclear energy game.

That being the case what else do you need, in BIG quantities, if you wanna up that game? Tungsten, that's what. You want build a reactor/power plant you need a lot of Tungsten. And you if you know you'll need it you wanna buy forward to ensure you have it when you need it, especially if China puts the breaks on exports.

Now, remind me who's got the largest undeveloped Tungsten deposit in the US?

Interestingly I decided to invest directly in GMET sometime ago as opposed to POW. There just seems to be weight of sentiment on POW that has to shift if it's going to motor, whereas I can pick part of the story I like, GMET, buy a chunk of that.

Saudi never shy about buying expertise but they are not total novices in Mining. Eg Ma'aden is a huge Saudi company with lots of experience.

Exploration niche will play to Kefi's advantage.

The only thing with Saudi is they go through cycles of wanting outside expertise and then suddenly everything changes and there's a period of what they term Saudisation where everything has to be done by the Saudis.

We just have to be in the correct part of the cycle to gain traction.

Ok I know there's a certain distrust in the mkt of HAA, but this reaction to the SP is mad and the motivation of such aggressive sells is definitely called into question.

It's really a matter of whether the other parties have already tested and evaluated the product as LB had. If they haven't, and MF hinted that other parties had tested the product years ago, then for sure we're not looking at a quick resolution.

I'm just hoping this isn't turning into another POW. I know OF has stated they're not looking at taking on new projects but progressing existing. I hope that remains the case and we concentrate our limited resources on proving up what we have and perhaps attracting a Strategic Partner or even selling.

Would be good to hear something positive about US Gov Grants for Pilot mountain, I feel as though we're not hearing much on that for awhile - not to say they're not doing anything - but I'd like to hear something concrete.

In fairness even given the history here, largely beyond CMET control, I would never have accused it of being the typical AIM lifestyle type outfit.

They generally do move things forward when they can, the major complaint most of us LTHs have had has been the utter disregard for retail and pathetic communications.

I do agree with LWs point that things could change again, without warning in SL, so the quicker this project gets going the better.

As regards people talking about a takeout at 20p it won't happen in my opinion. Not because the buyer wouldn't snap it up at that price but because these long-term, long suffering, recently propping-up Aussie Shareholders have demonstrated a patience and tenacity that won't permit it.

If LB is still seriously in the running I don't think we'll know why these negotiations resulted in the dropping of the exclusivity.

I really don't know what to make on this, I know there is something like 140,000,000 unit overhang in the Chinese home market, dwellings, which might take a decade to clear so the demand for white paint mostly impacted as a result.
