I have to say I don't understand these Stroll/Wolff Mercedes F1 buyout rumours. Stroll already has an F1 team to deliver a strong AML marketing message.... why would he need another vastly more expensive one? Looks like he's up to 'something' with Wolff though!

Exactly RBM... I regularly adjust my sell stops to move behind SP, as I go whole weeks regularly when not able to be behind a laptop through the day - if bad news comes out I can miss it. Especially important leading up to AGM's, Div announcements etc.... just in case.

For the same reason though I don't set sell orders... as if good news comes out and SP rockets - selling too early is even more annoying!

Not really had an issue... live pricing occasionally not working, but only had that a couple of times.

On Monday Frankfurt rocketed 60%.... of course AML FTSE didn't match that on Tuesday - Frankfurt by the end of the day came down to meet where we rose to.

Well, it's either delayed for good news, or bad news! I think the former.... but a stop loss a good measure in case it's bad and SP plummets. You won't be able to sell fast enough when market opens Friday.

I would bet my house on Stroll selling AML to Mercedes in a few years time.
Well... in way I am betting my house on it.... because when that happens I will be buying a bigger one ;o)

I'm not sure I'd count the Vice president and chief manufacturing operations officer who has been at AML for 14 years, as 'rudderless'.

But it seems to me that Stroll has his plan very firmly mapped out.... less internal resistance would make that smoother to implement.

That was a balancing uncrossed trade, not an actual buy as such

There were two big buys too, one just before close and one just after.

From the price it looks like the 300,000 sell was from earlier in the day... they would have banked £9k more if actually at close of play!

@investor6 anyone shouting that they have £10k worth like they're king friking dingaling clearly has zero clue on anything.... total muppet.
