I'm not sure many day traders will be looking at AML right now.... and I suspect that SP will hover just above where it is for a while now which isn't attractive for day traders either - unless there is new news to lift it.

Due to the huge number of shares bought at 50p now, this is a new very firm support level. Regardless of the fact that no-one knew they were buying at 50, not many who got shares on Friday will be prepared to sell under this level, so the level should hold. Maybe ;o)

SP went to 87p because of Moers announcement. SP will only get back near there again on the next big news, it's not going to do it on the wind......

Plus previous SP levels are now irrelevant as there are more shares circulation.

Pretty much! I've gotten too sucked into day trading on top of investing, having less pressures on my time through Covid like most of us. Will revert back to only long term holdings soon. You can only day trade profitably when in front of a computer all day.

Yup... but heavily weighted towards brand loyalty. How many of the 2500 DBX already sold are to new customers who haven’t already owned an Aston? I’d wager close to zero... at this point.

EVERY Aston Martin brand lover will want one in their drive. If they have a Vantage, DB11 etc in the drive for 80% it’s just a case of when, not if, they have a DBX alongside. It’s how this works..... most clearly demonstrated by lamborghini. I’ve met hundreds of Urus owners through the events I do with them.... the vast vast majority have been buying their cars for many years before.

I’m predicting/guessing on Alonso to Renault and Vettel to Mercedes.... although maybe not until 2021.

The principle financial challenge that McLaren have is with the automotive side... not the F1 team, which is a separate company in its own right. I don’t believe the issues there are too serious. And the sport has a hard budget cap about to be implemented which should really help the whole grid.

Lando’s dad is also one of the guys behind Hargreaves Lansdown too! Perhaps if interest to many here.

I don't know. And I am vehemently against plucking figures out of thin air. As discussed it depends how soon - and if the market gets a whiff in advance of an announcement. But we saw SP double almost overnight when AMG head Moers was announced as AML CEO..... in my view, more because of the wider implications of this move, than him just being good at his job.

Why would someone need to be paid? Surely an investor, if their true held beliefs in a business come true.... they then profit from that? Duhhhhhh.

To be fair I think the FTSE could head towards 5k. should the Dow plummet and affect us..... they've both fooked up managing the virus over there, and over stimulated the stock market. They almost recovered to pre covid rates a few weeks ago which is ridiculous - the FTSE hasn't overstretched like that.
