Nice post NickE - a lot of speculation as that's all we have at this time, but rational and well-reasoned, can't argue with that.

Whatever the confirmed case I would expect to see this re-rate, mind you I expected that on debt sign-off and it was a damp squib.

I still think Kefi's SP is suffering from the hangover of too many false dawns but hopefully this will change when the final sign-off is announced because at that point it's full steam ahead until production.

Probably a Fisher-Price keyboard, would explain a lot.

Getting the $100m equity done and the project over the line and into production will be in the interest of all investors. No reason for smaller investors to lose out here, it's too big for that.

Having watched it again and taken some notes, here are the key points that Patrick said:

'$100M equity investment being finalised today'.

'Hoping that we'll have this wrapped up in the balance of the month'.

"Very, very imminent".

'85% with Government holding around 14-15%'.

'Other dilution.... with equity capital'.

'Kefi holding will be between 70-85%'.

So, on reflection, nothing really new or that hadn't already been intimated by Harry in his last interview other than the 'equitly being finalised today' statement. Hmm....

I think best to wait for definitive news to drop before getting too excited. After all, it wouldn't be Kefi without a hiccup or 2 along the way.

... however I don't think he said anything we haven't heard before, it's pretty much what Harry said in his last interview and the slides shown were the same as available on the Kefi website. Or have I missed something?

Quite right Stebo - been there, done that, too may times! Hence the tragic state of my pf.

Trying harder to do it different this time and will sell when I have a price I'm happy with (i.e. to recover my pf) but don't need to be greedy. I've discovered I'm not really cut out for stocks & shares but it's been interesting to say the least. Will probably call it a day when I get my pf plus a reasonable profit and will be grateful for that.

Not easy to change a mindset re. sp when it's been mired under a penny for best part of 3 years but we need to and quick. When this all comes to fruition the current sp will be loose change.

If any investor has a target in mind (as I do) then fair enough, otherwise hold for gold.

We know news will come, we don't know the exact date.

Just like the previous news, no doubt the sp will rise on expectation then pull back when it doesn't arrive; it has all of November for that cycle to continue, it could rise every afternoon and pull back every morning until the RNS lands to confrim the WHOLE finance package is complete.

All we have to do now is wait, a little anxiously.

KG said it would take around 8 days for the sp to recover and here we are, 8 trading days later, and it's looking much better. Good work KG.

Re. LTH's, I've 'only' been here since November '21 and have to admit I've traded in & out over the last 4 years, but always found Harry and Kefi a compelling investment despite losing faith on more than 1 occasion.

Only holding a million shares but a decent return here will do me nicely. On board the train and looking good.
