Ok Stebo, fair comment, maybe I should have said 'in my opinion' instead, however you are basing your possible sp on the amount of gold produced and an estimate of gold price, but first gold won't happen until 2027, not in the next few months.

10p or more is possible, maybe even probable, but it will take time.

What I'd give for 10p! Stuff of dreams.

My thoughts are this will re-rate on sign off to somewhere over 3p, maybe as high as 4p-5p, with plenty of highs & lows while profit takers do their worst. Ultimately it might settle in the 4p-5p channel then drift down over time until we get firm updates on progress, rising again, possibly significantly, as they head towards first gold in 2027. 12-18 month timescale, maybe 18-24 months if any issues encountered.

I've made no secret that 5p would cure my investing woes so likely to recover/de-risk my pf at that point, maybe keep something 'in' for 2027 as a bonus.

I wish it would dvh, all this waiting and missed targets is no good for my blood pressure 😉.

I see the sp had a bit of a dip earlier, now looks to be on the rise again.

This afternoon will be interesting to see the sp action; with no news today but maybe tomorrow morning could see the sp head back towards 1.8p with a decent tailwind.

Once it's all signed, done and dusted KEFI.

Steady at the moment but I think another push upwards due shortly.

That's not quite true Funki, the sp rise has been based on 3 short-scale expected deadlines (for want of a better word, 'expectations' maybe) that have all been missed.

Until we hear different it is happening as we type and the sp is holding up nicely so far.

Everything to play for here, really looking forward to the re-rate when the BIG RNS drops.

Hopefully no further delays or unexpected placings. Are there still any outstanding warrants waiting to be triggered?

The 13/10 RNS says "The Company has unused working capital resources and undrawn facilities in place pending drawdown of full Project finance".

I read that to mean they can't access those 'facilities' without the finance deal being signed off, or have I misinterpreted this?

Nothing would surprise me, especially with the sp where it is and Harry's form for unexpected placings.

Fortunately the dilution at this price shouldn't be too catastrophic for the sp, especialy if any raise was immediately followed by, or announced simultaneously with, the finance done RNS.

We know they've had some cash in from the warrant shares, but does anyone know how much Kefi has left in the pot and what the cash burn is at this stage? I imagine it's pretty high.

I think, like dvh, that any further delay would have a negative impact on the SP, at least in the short-term.

Harry has managed to miss 3 finance closed targets that were set within short timeframes, "expected in September", "within the coming week" and "expected this week". Kefi's history of missing targets has done nothing for it's reputation and I think the sp has done well to hold around 1.7p considering there was no update at all on Friday.

However, as we know the key to this whole project is the financial close being confirmed - possibly tomorrow morning - and when it does all of Harry's past misses will be forgotten/forgiven and this will re-rate significantly within a short timeframe.

Just back from 3 days away with no internet access, was expecting to see BIG news and fireworks here now I'm back but instead? Nothing, except more warrant share issued.

Am I to assume (always dangerous, I know) that the deal is cond eand we will get the BIG RNS on Monday, or has there been another "procedural matter" that needs resolving?

Just when we think it's going to happen, it doesn't. Again.

I'd love to stay and play but unfortunately I have a ferry to catch at 11, and won't have internet access until late Friday night 🙁.

Worst timing ever and looks like I will miss the party when the RNS drops 🙁 🙁 and have had to set a couple of limit orders to sell while I'm away just in case the sp spikes above 4p and 5p, but still leaving enough of a holding to make a huge profit on, with any luck.
