I would expect this to double on RNS - the finance sign-off is a big deal here, it de-risks the whole project and enables the serious site work to begin.

It should release the cork from the sp bottle, all it needs is a good shake! MM's will be working hard to get shares today/tomorrow so bound to be shenanigans afoot.

It should, it really should. Anything less would be an insult! No doubt the markets will try to screw us over though 🙄

Correction:

Full development expected to begin in October; immediately after signing they will procure plant components and mobilise civil works to follow resettlement.

They should then procure the mining fleet in early 2026 for delivery in early 2027 with pre-production mining from mid-2027.

But you get the idea - they're going to build a mine. A bloody great gold mine!

2p+ minimum dvh, minimum. I'm expecting 2.5p - 3p on news and then a significant re-rate to 4p - 5p, maybe more, soon after that.

Once confirmed, it will no longer be a case of ifs, buts and maybe's, and a string of broken timelines, they will have access to US$240 million debt facility and US$100 million equity-risk capital assembled at subsidiary level.

Much work has already taken place and more is ongoing, and once the deal is done they begin constructing the mine this month, that (as far as we know) hasn't slipped.

Now 1.55/1.5602.

I think a rise is imminent, real prices on HL now 1.5405/1.57.

I think most investors would expect to see a significant re-rate in the sp, but what to no one knows.

It has to be well north of 2p, could even reach that pre-confirmation, so after confrimation maybe 3-4p although I'm hoping that's being conservative, I'm hoping for 5p soon after that.

Just as a matter of perfectly bad timing, I am away Wednesday - Friday with no internet access (!!!) so will be interesting/nerve-wracking to find out what has happened when I get back. Will it be 😁🍾🎈, 🤔 eh? or 😱 WTF?!

Will we get the very long-awaited and very much-anticipated 'finance done' RNS before the Warrant Shares are admitted on or around the 15th? And does that really matter as the dilution and price paid is relatively insignificant?

Or are we better off waiting a day or 2, or 3, to allow the sp to build further pre-RNS? And will it, or will some see it as a 'bad sign' in spite of latest RNS saying "this week"?

All these questions - and more - will be answered in next week's episode of... GOLD!
