Let's hope so! After several months of expectation and disappointment, it seems that Kefi now has everything in place i.e. assembled, to be able to get this all tied up, signed off and over the line in the New Year, probably not before. Hoping to see a definitive and transformational RNS and a decent re-rate with any luck.

With the fundraise now out of the way (unexpected but I think we all knew it could happen) it's reassuring to see the sp has held up above the placing and Retail Offer discounted price, the only thing I don't like personally is that after admission we will have almost 11 billion shares in issue.

It took too long and too many raises to get to this point and still haven't put a spade in the ground. Where did all the money go? It really is mind-boggling.

Nothing more to do now but wait. Again. Hold for gold and hope for the best.

Will check in again next week but doubt very much if anything will change so look forward to January 2026.

It's hardly surprising the Retail Offer was under-subscribed.

It was announced after the markets had closed and the "offer" closed at 7.30pm so very small window.

I didn't even know about it until after it had closed but even if I had I wasn't about to invest any more into my pf, but here's the best bit - the offer information I received from HL suggested I might want to sell other holdings to make the funds available to take part in the offer! How was I meant to do that when it all happened during a closed market?

Mind boggling.

What's next? Consolidation?

That's me for today as now away to a funeral and not back until sometime tomorrow, will check in then. Probably not before the markets close at 12.30 on Christmas Eve so then a long wait until they re-open on the 29th, see where we are then.

But issue of 1,153,846,143 new shares at discounted price of 1.3p is bad news, yes?

And although it's "all assembled" it still hasn't been definitively signed off as complete, no?

Everyone so busy bickering here that no one noticed the sp drop into the 0.4's.......

Jeremy Gray can say what he wants and may well have signed a binding agreement with Kefi, but until all parties are signed and we see the RNS stating finance definitively finalised we still can't be 100%.

I'm sure it will happen and certainly hope it does, but no one knows when so let's just wait until it does.

The sp is better than Friday's close but the bid is hopping around like a drunk rabbit this morning.

TW saying "it looks like" funding is sorted. That's very different to "funding is sorted".

Nothing certain until RNS despite the apparent news leak from Jeremy Gray.

@stebo - I think Kefi is where it is pricewise due to the "Harry Effect" aka "False Dawn Syndrome" - far too many of them!

I don't think this will correct itself by any significant amount until the final deal is RNS'ed - possibly not even then seeing how markets often react to good news - or until the mining fleet is mobilised and we get updates of progress on the ground.

I hope I'm wrong as could really do with seeing a re-rate sooner rather than later. I'm sure we all could.

Fingers crossed you won't be repeating the "any money come in yet?" mantra in the New Year. Although you could be unless Harry gets this tied off very soon.

I've come to realise that trying to predict share prices is like pi55ing in the wind - you have no way of knowing how much will land on your shoes.

Wellington boots would help mitigate this event but it's still a risk.

Although in a risk/reward scenario I suppose you could pi55 in your boots, at least it would warm your feet up.

... price action from 2pm on Tuesday, will be interesting to see what it does on Wednesday.

It'll be even more interesting to see what it does when Harry finally gets this over the line and confirmed by RNS.

I don't wish to sound negative KG but the "breaking of ground" is far from imminent. There is still a lot to do before that happens.

That used to be Harry's favourite word but I notice he stopped using it a long time ago because "imminent" never happened. Nowadays he uses "likely to" or "expected to" so he can't be blamed when it doesn't happen when he "expected" it to.

It's all smoke and mirrors.

Unfortunately the road to TK gold has been paved with good intentions for what, 13 years is it?

Recent expectations expressed by Harry for full project launch have been October, then November, now possibly December.

Only time will tell if he got it right this time.
