So where are ABN as a major shareholder...are they out already, were they out months ago?
Why as investors are we not informed?
General opinion its ABN the seller since 15th April....according to this they no longer hold any!

Yes agreed.
L&G from 6.7% to less than 3%...notification due.
ABN from 17.7% to less than 10% ...notification due because above the 5% notification its every 1% movement.

My point is if these are not being reported in the correct manner what else are we as investors are not aware of?

Since admission to AIM Nov 2017....ONE holdings RNS, even though through dilution their should have been at least two more.
The holding company notifies the issuing company and the issuing company notifies the market.
is this not a legal requirement?

So ABN held 6,651,288 which was 17.7%

There are now 67,673,567 issued due to warrants,fund raise, so just less than 10%
why have we not had a TR1 due to dilution?
And also L&G who i believe now hold 2,000,000 which is just under 3%?

However...keep it to your own board.
And having been in and lost a serious amount in a company that APPEARED to have the holy grail...i am wary.

You stated that the mobile lab could not cope with the 20k spectators.
i take it you are aware of one that can?
30/40/60k in a football stadium as well?
Please direct me to a test for that little lot on a saturday afternoon and i will gladly invest.

It's not just a cheaper to use test...
Its mobile..ie no lab required.
If it's a 20 min test for results, this is a massive step forward.

result is mostly derived from transportation from swab sample to lab.

Certainly makes some sense of the situation since 15th April (4.15 rns)...when basically it should have gone higher.

Perhaps someone can help. I have looked at lists of major shareholders, no mention of ABN.
I have seen it mentioned they held 17.7% in 2018 via there accounts.
Anyone got an up to date link or anything that would clarify?
