But this suggests that any company with no profits is valued at 0 mcap?

Someone is selling into the news mid month.
Now you could take this theory a little further and say these results were delayed until mid month....
AND the 15th April one released at 4.15.. both activities away from the norm.
To accommodate the seller. We do not know what goes on behind the scenes, this is just my reckoning and a wild theory but it makes me happy and content with my holding.
If you do not have a reasoning for the sp behaviour...suggest you get one...makes dealing with it easier lol

The valuation is just a response to supply and demand. Sentiment values this market.
i have already stated iis are selling to balance their monthly figures, same this time last month...with all the off book trades to go with it.
A few 100k shares at these prices makes a huge difference.
wait it out, add if you can or sell...
I am happy that i know what is happening...see the value here and will sleep easily.

As far as i know no one knows what this virus will or will not do, we are covering new ground. However i am of the same opinion as yourself.
it was a remark from one of Seadoc earlier posts where he stated it as an option.
I was asking his opinion if he thought it likely....being more qualified than me!

Seadoc, surely you are referencing the current test?
The future mobile test will not require such criteria?
Another question with you being the most qualified to answer....how likely is this virus to disappear, just burn it self out.
That would depend on immunity and length of time carried would it not?

People are talking as if the Virus has disappeared, that demand for testing is going to drop. The world has been in lockdown for the last 8 weeks, STILL thousands of cases daily.
How are we going to get back to normality....by normality i mean 30/40/75k packed into a football stadium weekly on a saturday and weeknight,,,
How are they going to trace and test the aftermath of that carnage....unless your pretty damn sure they are not carriers in the first place its not going to happen.
Testing has only just started...its here for years, it will become the norm.
This is a multi and yes i say MULTI billion company in the making, might take a couple of years.
Happy to hold and wait...the inevitable rise will happen.

Mobile testing.
Looking into the not too distant future i can see it being compulsory for firms employing over say 50 people to do a weekly employee covid test.
Extra £10 per week per employee for peace of mind of staff....when really its priceless.
When they say test test test...it has to be easily accessible and maybe compulsory.

Seen some calcs on revenue by end of year...none have included mobile testing.
This could outsell the main test...ready in June the market for this could be massive.

Nothing wrong with the update today, the future of this company looks outstanding,short,medium and long term.
BUT and this is just my opinion...did not matter what was revealed today it was always going to struggle a little.
Ncyt have a few ii holding, its my belief they are dumping some of their holdings, same happened this time last month.
Sure they will have monthly targets to hit...they are probably using the success of Ncyt to shore up figures from elsewhere.
The large Off book trades indicate this.....but go on tell me they were blue so must be buys.
Eventually they will be finished. 68M SHARES AVAILABLE...possible 500m cash this time next year.....does it matter what it does today?
The MMs will do their job...find buyers for the sellers and find sellers for the buyers......just we may not like the way they go about it!
