the fact they bought shares itself is market sensitive.
they are at the forefront of dealing with a pandemic...
of course their will be news.
just means no takeover news, no new antibody test, no vaccine...etc
Normal business news ...we are aware of.
Do you think business will stop because they bought a few shares!!

They are allowed to purchase if they are aware of anything that is not public knowledge.
Are we expecting anything that is not public knowledge.
We know they are selling to 100 countries.
We know they are increasing production.
We know they have an agreement with a us manufacturer.
We know new mobile tests are being validated and due.
Are we expecting anything not covered in these?

Is anyone able to retrieve the late printed trades from friday.
I seem to remember two £200k trades going through?
2×200 = 400.
The 472k trade today could be the buy part of the two sells on friday.

Sat here waiting for some more to pop up...maybe?

It's an off book trade...after hours print.
3.92 euros...3.51gbp.
Go back to 18.47 trades on friday...that might make you not be so sure.

It's a trade that's all you can be 100% sure on.
If you had to gamble your house on buy or sell...which would you pick?

Whys that..because for every seller theres a buyer?
That may be true but at the end of a trading day it does not have to state that...all trades are reported, depends on the spread and the mms on what side of the mid price they fall...
Therefore they influence and manipulate the end result...distorting any figures or graphs.
You have to understand MMs are sales people...and a lot cleverer than us.
Nothing they do is illegal, they just know the rules better than us....
in fact i,m surprised at how many pis are not interested in learning the rules and then suggest "this share needs flagging up",
of course just my opinion!

BUT, all these figures,charts are based on the principle that ALL buys are blue and sells are red...THEY ARE NOT.

But that was my point over the weekend.no holdings rns despite notification limits being crossed several times...why?

Yes, i might do that. Might also ask them why on their website they do not have a list of major shareholders....
i have looked 3 or 4 times but cannot find one. Can anyone else?

There % has changed, they need to notify...if dilution brings about a %change that crosses one of the thresholds they need to notify.

Again i say please state why they should not have notified.
17.7% to less than 10% due to dilution breaks these thresholds.
Sorry but if i am not seeing something you will have to be more blunt and state the obvious!!

DTR TP 1 Disclosure and transparency rules. an issuer whose financial year starts before 20 January 2007 must comply with DTR 4 (except DTR 4.3A) as of the beginning of its next financial year. the issuer prepares its financial statements in accordance with internationally accepted standards.

Again i say please educate me and give the relevant information that they do not have to comply with notification rules.

Whether the sp rises or not depends whether the seller has finished does it not?
Looking back at fridays trades i believe the MMS gave a clue...the 18.47 late reported trades.
5 trades in 20 secs with a very large spread...all shown as buys. Not seen them do that before and i scrutinise the late trades...They sort of gave their game away as to their tactics. They let the cat out of the bag regarding a seller instead of a buyer....not a wise move if the want buyers for the seller!

You can go on different sites for major shareholders and there are conflicting amounts. I have seen some that say Vatel Capital are the largest holder with 12.28%.
Someone is off loading at a fast rate...
Just difficult with wrong info to figure out who....should not be like that.
The RNS is info we should rely on but that is obviously not accurate....imo
