Going back to yesterday and the non notification of the PDMR disposal of 91,090 shares.
Little research says no disclosure required on transactions below 5,000 euros.
so presumable sold in more than one lot.

Received a reply from Mandy.She as not answered my question as to why no notification.I have pressed her again on the matter, but feel i will not get a reply.Her response to my question..

Jean-Pierre Crinelli obviously sold some of his shares over the past few years.

oh i think he is.

Nothing to be concerned about. I am sure Novacyt and their administrators/Nomad know the regulations better than we do. I just brought it up because i do not understand why no notifications. Was hoping someone would educate me.

What i want is to try and understand what is going on, to try and learn the regulations. If you yourself are happy to be ignorant then that is your choice.
This is a board to discuss and learn from each other, although some see it has a way of trying to control and undermine posters.
Apologies if you feel my postings have in anyway caused anyone to sell...maybe you should actually try and understand the effectiveness of the ramblings on here as well!

The site has the lastest director buys recorded, so up to date.
Major shareholders above does not tie in with the statement no holder above 3%.
What or who as shareholders do we believe!

the issue is not what he holds now or as at 2018.
He held 91,090 in Nov 2017.
Where are the notifications to say he disposed of these?
What he holds is not the issue...its the fact we have had no notification!
Now unless you know something regarding PDMR notifications i am not aware of then we should have had one.
This issue is also on top of the other shareholder notifications that should have been issued...imo.

its stated in the AIM admission document.
Phantom shares, vesting period of 3 yrs, exercisable Oct 2020. Paid in cash with board needing approval to issue shares to cover if not.

Sorry, although this is correct.
ALL PDMR dealings have to be notified...buys or sells no matter the amount.

it is not the first instance of not informing the market regarding share holder dealings with thresholds being crossed.
Sure there is a logical explanation, i would like to be aware of what it is.

nice to have it confirmed. Quite worrying though why the company or the holders of this and the other sellers in the past feel no need to notify. No shareholders list on their website which is unusual as well.

OK dont really like to flag this up but feel it needs some clarification,
What has happened to the 91,090 shares he was holding?
Needs clarification...lets say he sold them at £5 recently and has just bought back in at 338 euros.
Now i am not saying he has...but with out notifications we do not know.
Is this just a LSE reporting error, although the appear to have got Gms & JWs correct.
Confusing!
