As I have stated over the last 6 /7 weeks there is a large seller or two.
Its makes sense that a fund holding these would sell at these times to help balance the books.
I also believe the company are aware of such action...so wait until they are finished before releasing the juicy news.

Firstly if you were a salesman which the mms are would you sell the last tranche cheaper than the first...

There is a large seller who is selling off book.
That point is to a fund/ii.
Let's say they want to sell 1m shares,
Off book is direct between a buyer and seller...ie no broker.
The buyer in this case is a MM.
He will pay the seller the best price he can get over the course of a stated time period.
This MM is competing with other mms to make a market...he will therefore sell them in dribs and drabs over the stated period at convenient times.
These transactions have to be reported but they are reported as a variety of trades at a variety of times...as long as the end result is 1m bought 1m sold.
Therefore it's easy to make sells appear as buys, just report when it suits.
This is my understanding...I could be wrong but it explains things to me.
I suppose major holding updates will confirm or not eventually.

Lots of late trades showing.

The dividend rumour needs clarification either way because its price sensitive.

Do you flag up every stock that goes down after you buy in?

i same as everybody else can only put things together and come to a conclusion.
Based on my research of MMs, the market , off book trades and monthly targets from funds needing to be met its the conclusion i have come to.

AND of course good old gut feeling.

Wait for the delayed printed trades.
They will be blue....but are sells.
Believe it or not the aim is highly regulated. Nothing untoward going on, its just they have a licence to create a market...and they will do that.

A determined seller or two so depends on the limits they have give the MMs.

If theres a world shortage of reagents then why would you licence the same test to someone who would be sourcing the same materials you were in short supply of?
However when the new Exsig free /Exsig direct is available then would be the time to licence the test.

I mentioned yesterday that we still await news on the US OEM mentioned months ago.
Someone stated it is already up and running the market has not been informed due to NDA.
I find that unlikely and probably illegal so I consider us to still be waiting on an update.

It's purely supply and demand , psychology and human nature.
