I’m quite certain that’s old hat. Firstly the company is no longer called Gold oil. Secondly if your planning to put in your own board or another board you don’t offload shares beforehand thereby diminishing your power to do so. Parvizis offload of stock is nothing new. He or his trouble n strife have been trying to get out for years. Now there is a bit of volume it makes sense to take opportunity. People may question why would you do so when things are finally looking bright. He probably needs the $ and no longer has an ear on the board.
