Tech co’s on the nasdaq have crazy valuations. Even pre revenue ones get $ 200+ million valuations. What Alm should do is split up the different subsidiaries and individually float them on the Nasdaq. You get a % of each company upon float according to your Alm holding. The market therefore determines the valuations and you get to choose which subs shares you want to hold onto.

Nucky if you think it’s too cheap to sell then buy.

My understanding is the company is not giving valuations on the subs. Eddison estimate the nav’s according to funding rounds.

I have noticed the increase in whining over the last 10 weeks

For edge computing, iot, ai and smart devices everything needs to be connected. 5g and cbrs will enable this. The new problem will be power. Traditional memories are volatile ( need power) whereas mram is non volatile. All these new applications need power and memory. Arm say there will be 1 trillion connected devices by 2030. If each device consumes 1watt of power then that’s 1 terra watt of consumption. In 2018 the USA’s generational output was 1.2 terra watts.
So billions of applications plus arm and spins tech are supposedly market leaders. Spin can supposedly wrap their technology over any other mram device increasing efficiency by 40-70%.

Results are pretty meaningless for Alm as the umbrella companies are mainly pre revenue.

Previously Alm’s fed % was 43% undiluted and 36%fully.(Edison report from December 2019) Alm pump in 50% for series c funding $6.85 mill. Their Fed percentage now goes up to 43.11 undiluted & 36.61 fully diluted.
So they paid $6.85 million for 0.61%
therefore Fed valued 1.2 billion $

It’s positive that Fed is obviously moving forward. However Alm have plenty of cash and not so many prospects left. They should have used their cash rather than further diluting their % in fed.

It will be both a buyer and a seller. The market maker would not take that sort of risk in a minnow. It almost certainly be a matched bargain
