Eagle. Yes , but be aware that 'getting sorted' does not always lead to a good result for shareholders, witness AMI for instance. Ie someone else got their assets. Unless ALR can sell, and in such a manner that they get paid pronto to enable them to execute the sale, they look like they may not be able to continue properly as a going concern.
The risk is that ALR go into Administration, and someone, indeed even some of the existing management team buy the assets (eg patents) and start a new company etc..
