Speak only for yourself. You consisently appear to have no idea about the processes and timescales involved in O&G exploration, proving and preparation for production. Like many other STH and traders on this BB your comments seem to be attempts to manipulate sentiment and hence SP.

So Castaway. How should AP have done it? Increasing the share limit needs to be done at an AGM or EGM. Suspect AP is targeting long term shareholder returns. It has been a painful journey over last number of years, but this is a long term move from exploration to larger scale production. Takes time, and money.

I want the BOD to focus on delivering a profitable business, not pandering to the demands of PIs, many of whom seek information to support a trading strategy. Building a company takes time - I am much more interested in what the SP will be in 3-5 years, not thst bothered about the next 6months. So if as a result some traders do not park their money in this share - so what!

Excellent news for those prepared to invest. The long term money will come from production not exploration. Obviously traders (many who seem out in force right now, are not interested beyond short term gains) - but heh ho - others will do well.

Korg - You know its time to buy when doom mongers keep talking the same talk, when in reality, the landscape has changed, and the environment is able to support the promise of long term growth.

Grim. I follow a much simpler method. I research before I buy. I do top slice a bit on the way, and add in lows - but do not get try to get absolute precision - then apply great patience, which I have to admit has been required on this share. Right now I plan to continue to hold, irrespective of the DenMark or other technicals.

As a Long Time Investor here I fail to see what you are worried about. If a raise does occur I am sure it is in the best interest of the long term development of the company - so a short term fall in SP will be out weighed by the subsequent value creation.
