Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
To early for any informative RNS. Any RNS produced at the moment would be pulled apart by derampers saying that it did not really clarify anythin, given "Petrotrin will meet with all of its stakeholders during the coming weeks to discuss how the proposed changes may affect them."
Time will tell, but INMHO, medium/longer term there will not be a material negative impact to CERP. T&T government will be keen to get tax revenue - so will want companies such as CERP to be successful and profitable.
..
The guys who run this BB do not properly test system and configuration changes. Their Change Control procedures seem very poor. I gave up my Premier Membership a few years ago now, as the service seemed very poor.
Hammered LTHs on this share will know that I too am a long term holder.
I stand by my view that I am far from convinced that KDNC is a particularly good partner for PREM. GR (as with RHA) is keen to progress ZULU as much as possible within his control. It is moot point, at best, as to whather this strategy has been or will prove successful at RHA. The problem is that in additional to GR's own ego on this, PIs also usually cry foul if too much is given away (e.g. see recent AEX history). But expertise from bigger players comes at a price - sometimes that price is worth paying. The challenge right now is that many Lithium plays have fallen out of favour (eg BCN). Personally I am confident that in due course the sector will bounce back - but GR may miss the boat unless Zulu DFS can be fast-tracked - and that may mean deep pockets - funded by loss of overall share in Zuly.
INMHO YA may be shorting FRR in the hope that they cannot redeem the CLNs, or may need further financing for next phase of operational development.
OrsonC - This is not financial advice (just to be clear) - but unless you are a trader (in which case you ought to know about the risks of buying on a spike or after prolonger upward SP increases), many folk find it sensible to drip feed their money into a share (so you get a good average). As the SP is now quite a lot higher than it was for a period it suggests to me you have not taken this approach. Suggest you either (i) bail out at this price - it may fall, it may rise - it may do both - time will tell (ii) wait patiently in the expectation of a reasonably short time likelihood of a rise - but in both cases stop posting unless you have relevant research (positive or negative) to share.
I agree - I really do not think Zulu is the right investment at the moment for KDNC. I say this as a LTH of PREM, and a much smaller holder of KDNC - from REM days. I also hold BCN, EMH and SAV.
Nah. RNS between 3:45 and 4:20 to catch MMs and week/day traders out !
11 posts already today - why do you feel the need to post so much? Clearly have a financial motive here - and given your posts - in a clear direction.
Personally I would prefer KDNC to pull out. I think GR and PREM can gain a better partner, even if that means we give away a larger initial percentage of ZULU.
The impatience of PIs on AIM always astounds me. I am an investor with many AIM holdings - and my experience is that updates almost always come later than most expect - and that SP rerarates whilst they do occur from time to time are usually further in the future than the expectations set on a BB. I do think that in due course progress will be seen to have been made - but whether that occurs in the next fortniight. month, quarter - then only time will tell.
Profit - why not take a holiday and go somewhere without internet access and come back in Q2 2019 to check in on the SP and CPX outlook then. May be best for us of us. Your regular innane posting is pointless.
!
Lets get the DFS first - that may open up a range of funding options - if it is good.
tkr I do not think SS is too botherred about traders who got their timing wrong. All will be revealed for good or bad in due course. Needing a larger pump seems positive to me.
Jonners123. Putting money into an exploration company requires patience in relation to timescales for return, I am a LTH investor here, now well in profit, but in the past there were long periods when I had a paper loss. My research suggested it remained a viable company , so I added to my investment on the lows, and did top slice some at the peaks. I plan to retain my core investment for many years. Selling out to quickly is a sure way to lose money.
In terms of today's RNS, these licence submissions were very peripheral to my view of the core opportunities being progressed by SAV - so I am inconcerned.
Of course some folk will now try to make a big issue, but suspect the well researched will remain positive.
Pauly. Given your long standing negative view on this company, I just fail to understsnd you ongoing interest in this company - unless of course you have another motive.
AIMOracle. This is a high risk share - there is still potential for a good reward, but equally may fail. Read carefully all the RNSs,
Doire The message from GR in January was that PREM was unwilling to pump any more money into RHA unless the ownership balance between PREM and NIEFF was changed. So in that regard the story is consistent - and indeed if the goverment thought that having given up most of their share that RHA could suddenly progress without more money - then that would have risked a revoking of PREMs licence.
The debate should surely be whether RHA can be genuinely profitable and start to repay the large investment made by PREM in the past. RHA has been a problem child and large cash drain. It has seemed that GR was trying to diversity PREM (suggesting that he too had begun to have 2nd throughts on RHA) - but his investments devisated the PREM SP and do not seem with hindsight to have been good choices (with the possible exception of the joker in the pack - CIRCUM).
Personally, having got (subject to final ink on paper) 90% of RHA, I would have preferred today's RNS to have been about the sale of RHA (with some potential profit share continued interest). It may be that that is his strategy - but by necessity needed some money to prevent a fire-sale of the asset (liability?).
