Hi. Is someone able to objectively outline what the impact of this issue with Renegade is on HNRs plan. The BOD of HNR seem to be a bit reticent on sharing their view of the implications. Ps I am a holder here, and happy to bide my time.

The Guvnor Whilst I agree the purchase of the original CASA holding was not a good decision - GR had little choice in the current course of action - unless you have a view on a better plan he should have taken given the 'offer' for CASA.

On reflection Sanderson may have needed these shares if they have been shortling KIBO as protection against their loan. Thoughts?

Well perhaps HL loaned the shares out to a shorter. This is purely speculation as i have no evidence, and as you suggest it may just be process issues between the current parties. What i do not is that I have not had the same degree of problem with III.

So how long have you been invested? and what investment timeline did you set to see a material return. For a lot of small pharma stocks it can be 10+ years, and some go to the wall in that time, others see their underlying value win out.

Not a very liquid share - ie no too much trading demand - and from a MM perspective - a lot of risk of movement on upside and on downside - so large spread is a defensive mechansim.

INMHO this company could well follow in the footsteps of ARM Holdings. It will be interesting to see the SP in 2 years time.

Crazy - I hold a wide portfolio of shares - to prevent overexposure - and generally take a LTH perspective on most (albeit prudent top-slicing and adding an stable lows).

Hmm - something seems odd about HL. Shares received by other brokers last week, and allocated to personal accounts. Perhaps HL were 'lent' PI shares out to shorters - maybe or maybe not. However the good news is BCN SP has started to recover.

should rerate back upwards over the next 6 months.
