John21. Rather think you are being dense for a purpose. If FRR cannot get oil out then it is game over - you could say 100% dilution. This approach not involving issuing more shares enables FRR to move forward, developing share holder value. So I do not view this as dilution. Suspect you should not be on AIM, unless of course you are being paid to be negative or are deliberately trying to manipulate sentiment. At one stage I had totally written off my investment here, now it is a star performer in my portfolio.

Did Outrider get any shares as part of the court settlement. What motives might they have w.r.t FRR. I know that they have board representation.

It is part of the required regulatory process - which occurs if during the defined auction periods, more time is required to set agreed price. Nothing unusual or manipluative. Applies to all companies on the London markets. it happens a lot with companies diuring heavy trading periods.

I concur too. A good time for true investors / LTH to top up. Not much we can do about traders, except beneft from the mayhem they can temporarily cause.

Drax My take is that electricity is needed in the main centres to spur greater industrialisation - as part of developing the GDP of the country.

INMHO the sticking point may be electicity price. This may have necessitated KIBO to do more work in relation to sorting out how the required investment can be funded (assume from non government sources) and what level of return required by the large-scale investors. Radio silence would be critical to enable this to be progressed effectively.

Ah I see RDR who has already posted 9 times today - is claiming to be a good samaritan - keen on saving others. What he forgets is that developing a company takes time, and it is NOT unusual to have periods of limited news. Also I am wary of posters who are not polite to others in their posts. Personally I have formed a view of RdR motives. Will let others judge.

RdR - as you well know, SP on AIM tend to drift on no news - then overcompensate with a spike when good comes out. The wise buy low and then top slice. Some do the same - but wish to manipulate to achieve this goal. I will let other readers judge where you fit in. As for me, I will patiently bide my time and add as appropriate.

Dirk. As the share price was at a much lower level within the last 12 months, it seems to me, that it is short term holders looking for a quick return who are squealing at the moment. Progress from exploration to production takes time. FRR is INMHO much de-risked from 12 months ago.

Openspaces - what is it about the phrase LONG TERM Holders that you do not get? I am quite at ease as to whether this share really comes good in in H2 2018, 2019 or 2020. If SP still at this level in 2021 I may then take my 100%+ profit then. I remain puzzled as to why you feel the need to post as much as you do (or perhaps not given your clear agenda here!)

Well OCT is demonstrating that it is profitable, and has committed to dividends - and I prersonally have had over 100% return on this share (through have patience, and sensible top slicing and buying low),
