At some point a deal will be done. ie there is little benefit to the government of the Lithium being in the ground. External expertise will be required. Who best to provide this - I would suggest EMH - but they will probably have to make some concessions -eg Taxation or some level of state ownwrship (eg a previously in Zimbabwe and other Aftican countries). First stage as EMH is doing is to complete the exploration and assets the commericality of moving to next phase.

Personally expect an RNS shortly calling out a short delay for 'final' finalisation talks!

AIM-h not much substance to this company yet - a lot of potential hype. I have no doubt that some blockchain companies will do well, but just like the dot.com crash circa 2000/1 not all will come through. So really hard to pick the ultimate winners - INMHO. Right now this partciular share is driven by sentiment and traders.

Be careful not to get sucked in - not all that glitters is gold.

INMHO TLOU is trading at a significant discount given regulatory and government uncertainies in this part of Africa. Long term patience required - but have reasonable confidence that current SP represents good value for further acquisition.

eh JohnCurtice - I suspect that most of the folk who may be sitting at a loss at the moment as momentum traders and gold at the end of the rainbow traders/STH who thought that the rise up from 10p heralded short term profits. Many, myself included at sitting at a heathy profit right now - and can wait patiently for the longer term outcome.

It will make little difference. What many folk will want to see is the process for resubmission and a sense of the timescales involved. Long term this still looks a good investment, short term may tread water, but good news whenever it lands may recover some of the lost Mcap.

As you are a very regular poster here - what risk if any do you see if TLOU needing to raise more money - if we assume that the re-tendering process may take a further 3-4 months to resolve. In the overall scheme of things any necessary fund raise is not likely to be that material - but would be good to get your (objective) assessment.

Rather think Pension Funds take a long term view - not the same as PI traders.

Those who predicated an immediate RNS were wrong - yet I was criticised for suggesting it may take a few days. No news is just neutral. I am keen to learn both what TLOU were told and what they now think there options are. It is the second element which is likely to be more relevent for the SP.

My comment was not intended as negative. It is a well proven fact that with the required RNS approval process, a certain unavoidable lag is the often by product. Should any delay occur despite the best stated intentions, such a delay should be viewed as neutral.

As TLOU only get their de-briefing at some time tomorrow, so as the BOD have committed, they will update shareholders as soon as possible, but that does not imply it will be possible to do so tomorrow. My expectation is an update later in the week, even possibly very early next week. Creating expectations of news tomorrow may be damaging to the SP.

Or the last desperate throw of the dice to get something out of BB! I hope not as I do have a material share holding there, and good news may also help my much smaller, much regretted, holding here.
