JL. Unless you sell whilst still on AIM, you will still own your same shares in the unlisted company. The issue is that without the listing it is difficult to sell / buy shares.

What evidence do you cite to support the view that this is far too cheap? My take is that this share is around fair value at the moment. A key investor base include many pension schemes would appreciate the streadu dividend. I do too, as a shareholder here of 19 years.

INMHO when TW says buy, you should sell, and visa versa. Quite possible that he, like other tipsters provide tips to cover their own trading activity.

Which only reflects the previous oversold level, so does not prove anything given the recent news, including recent thoughts from Novartis.

Orangetree. I do not feel it appropriate to advise you re holding or selling. I am a holder and will continue to be based on current research. This is not how it works. Optic have RNS'ed details of some initial partnerships and licensing deals. But companies do not normally buy shares in other companies. They form business deals, or in some cases JVs.

Excellent news. Provides confidence. Personally surprised by the mooted response to the previous RNS. However am confident of the long term value here.

My take is that it is a prudent step, as value of INSP has fallen. Should it rise, or they sell their holding at higher level than lowered book value, then the can book a profit. However, the key point is that Oct's business model has changed to now really focus on its GIS investment. In terms of whether INSP is investible or not, I just note some further investing by their BOD - Mr Gunn today.

Am a bit suprised by the fall back in SP. Added to my existing holding. I do see long term value here, irrespective of short term ups and downs. Taking the hit on the legacy investments seems to be a good way to clear the decks - ahead of seeking further instituational involvement - probably on the back of starting dividends in their 2018 financial year (ie after the end of this current FY).

Excellent progress. Suspect next year may see the introduction of dividends.
