@T4G.…quite a few “maybe’s“ there, you sound concerned . My interest here is sparked by BH’s past volatility and decent PI coverage many chasing rainbows and expecting history to repeat itself. They may be right, my view is different. I’m merely waiting to see if Management present me with another short term opportunity as before, if not no worries, Capitals safe and plenty of other fish in the sea. As said before I was slightly surprised by MW’s latest move, I don’t currently see a large enough downside to warrant such exposure but on recent performance they’re clearly not ones to be underestimated !

Quite agree, but unfortunately the West has chased cheap Product for decades so the likes of China now have a near unassailable lead in digitalised mass manufacturing where trans global distribution costs have negligible impact on margins. Thus disappointing we see the UK’s procurement strategy merely adding to their stronghold !

Whilst it will probably take several years before much of what has been going on comes to light, the current murmurings will hopefully be turning up the heat under the UK HSA. Yes as an Investor I’m annoyed but also for the long hours AS and his team will undoubtedly have spent thus far, for such little reward. The latest round of “Gongs” spread around many in Public Service just adds to the frustration.

Would agree that Norges Bank are likely to have taken a position here within one of their Global Tracker Funds, being a strategic and passive long term hold. The monthly vagaries in SP movements will likely not even register against the other numerous Companies they hold positions in, but their involvement doesn’t guarantee BH won’t deliver any more shocks. As many retail investors don’t hold such cushions, or indeed do much research other than look at past SP highs, and merely hit the exit door on bad news left wondering why the likes of MW, being aggressive short term reactive players and not investors, walk away smiling.

Yes slightly surprised to see they apparently increased their Short yesterday. Guess they see further pain for BH arising from the weakening economic outlook and expect YE figures to disappoint. Anyway certainly not one to bet against having been proved right recently.

Just amazed that JR is only just realising the issue given the UK has been using inferior foreign tests for well over 18 months although all awareness to this fiasco is welcome, albeit suspect his interest here is rather shallow . Just think it’s plain incompetence in applying self- imposed deadlines without reference to timescales / volume of Tests needing review. They managed to award 5 CTDA’s in Dec….they’ll likely to still have around 100 to get thro in 2 months !!

Well we remain barred from selling into the UK period, either for use by HCP or HUA. The 48 tests (both PCR and antigen based) which passed Porton Down validation earlier, currently remain available for HMG to use until 28/02/2022, when you can expect that deadline to be extended for those not having received their CTDA ! Hence why the anger in seeing our UK Diagnostics industry being thrown under a Chinese bus !

Stock has been withdrawn from sale in the UK pending CTDA . Question is whether any remaining stocks have been redirected elsewhere or just dumped if Expiry Date considered an issue ! The farce continues whilst Rome burns !

Wouldn’t be to concerned for Shorters, most are sitting on very substantial gains. Of course the BoD could indicate they’re wrong by substantial buying but as yet silence, which is all rather puzzling, unless they know a little more than the rest of us !

We can only guess the criteria used in deciding the order within which Tests will be reviewed, as suspect no one bothered to timestamp applications. Of course they first need to reassess those currently holding exemption passes upon which the Government heavily rely and thereafter may just use a tombola. Irrespective best plan for end Q1 ‘22 , given current progress ! Thank heavens we have other projects on the go !

See Min. EU Shipping Costs vary between £14 -£28 dependant upon location as all shipped from UK. So why we signed a Global exclusive consumer distribution agreement with Medusa remains a mystery given the logistical & price sensitive issues of providing timely product further afield to areas such as Asia/ Pacific Rim all from Manchester ?

Agree, but not surprising given the sheer scale of Product availability the Chinese were able to offer the West at the start of this pandemic, which left many with nothing but envy. They are the worlds powerhouse not by accident. Take their latest plan for smart manufacturing, that wishes to see all large manufacturers achieve full digitalization by 2025. Already the world's largest consumer of industrial robots for the last eight years their appetite for growth is insatiable . Like in Australia, Mandarin will soon be on a school curriculum near you, and we worry about Covid !

Need to bear in mind that Medusa & Avacta’s interests aren’t exactly ‘joined at the hip’ , given the former have other products to sell. Their sole Non-English web page in Spanish continues to announce our Product is coming shortly ….really, no rush there then ! May help if they added a few more pages in Dutch, French, Germany, Portuguese etc, etc given we have the whole of the EU to go after. Alternatively give the job to Amazon !
