RE: Buys and sells27 Jun 2016 12:15
Mr Magic, you need to, well in my view, focus on the bigger picture....it is pretty clear that many are sitting on hands, as we saw last week, and as you noted a small number of shares were traded and what happened, the share price moved up 18%....that is a very good indicator that the placing shares have found homes....hangover gone and decent news flow, then what?
Last week, I posted the comment below,...60% of NCT shares have changed hands in the last 3 months...that's nearly 6 billion shares, 60% of shares in issue...who's really bothered about 5 trades totalling 2.5M shares; bigger picture, investors are waiting on news imo Pay attention, I'll remind you.
"I have a daily summary of the NCT shares purchased and sold since 21/3/2016 - that was when 1.42 billion shares were issued - followed then by the 1.58 billion shares issued on 20/4/2016. Both placings were at 0.031 when the share price was in the 0.045-0.050 range.....
The 3 month data for all to see shows that in the above period 5.9 billion shares have been traded, broadly 3.629 billion purchases and 2.3 billion sales....it seems reasonable to say that the placing shares have by now found a home by now, and mostly at a significant premium to the placing price. The share price movement down since then is the usual AIM lethargy, no news etc
There are some very large buys at both placings trades but one buyer after the first placing interests me; a large block of shares, 600M (100M x 6) were all bought on 23/3/2016 at 0.4M, 27% premium to the placing price. No notification of a 6%+ shareholder? Some how I don't think those buying at 0.04-0.045 range would have sold at a significant loss. imo"
