RE: Price1 Apr 2022 11:32
If I may, unless people are day trading or using leverage, why do you care what it does short term?
If you are saying you'll never sell this or won't sell till £10, £15, £20 etc then why do you worry about if it goes straight there or bounces around a bit first?
If you 'need' the money you've put in the stock in the next couple years I would recommend you don't do that in future as short term markets can go anywhere. However long term is up.
If you just bought because the price was low then you'll definitely get shaken out of here at some point because you don't understand what you are buying so all you can focus on is the losses or reducing profits.
If you are shaken out then hopefully you will learn from this, often unfortunately people need to lose money themselves before they start to understand the market and investing. It's not a game, not gambling and not rigged against you, in fact you have the small size and flexibiltiy that big firms wish they had but if you don't lean what you are doing (not just from jokers on youtube telling you somethign will go to the moon) then you will lose out, give up thinking it's a scam and miss out on the best way to give yourself a comfortable retirement whether that's at 70, 50 or younger.
