Money talks all over the world not just in the US. That is why I was wary of CPX opting for a trial by jury. The sooner we get this monkey off our back the better. However strategic decisions were made in the past to take on Maxwell and rigidly enforce our IP. Whether that proves to be a good decision remains to be seen. All I know is that to date we have had problems with AVX and Ioxus and suggest that a lot of effort has been put into that "source of revenue" to the degree that we have taken our eyes off the ball and fallen short in actually selling things . Holders must make their own judgement on that , Ultimately the question is do you back the BOD.

Wobble you should try being a Football supporter. There it is perfectly valid and accepted to criticise the quality of the results being produced. My criticism of CPX is simply based on the level of the SP being generated and like it or not that reflects the markets confidence in the company. As to why I am invested well that's none of your damn business. Its my money end of

FYI I had set a NY resolution not to look at CPXs SP until May. The bottom line is that despite all the rampers loads of upside the SP is still below most LTHs average. I hope you all prove me wrong but I will believe it when I see it

And are you 100% clear in your mind that "this wonder process" is absolutely the IP of CPX. It has long been known that Tesla cherry picked this process from the Maxwell's "portfolio", so are we in effect going head-to-head with Musk? Also have recent advances confirmed that the technology actually works i.e., does it do what it says on the tin? If the answer to foregoing is yes, well it is indeed winner takes all. Wobble Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. There is no need to feel sorry for me as at my age money is no longer my god and everything is relative. Life is a journey, and you learn from your experiences. You can put whatever take you want on CPX but it's all based on perception not certainty. It's all a version of events we are being sold by vested interests but ultimately the SP is what it is, you can't buck the market. If and when the herd arrives, I will be as happy as the rest of you. But in the meantime, as I say its only money and you cant take it with you.

Oh No Wobbles back. Time for a New Year's Resolution. If the recent malaise was because the Newlands were allegedly selling why has the CPX web site changed (2.9%) ?

As far as I am aware the tax rebate has constantly been mentioned over the last 5 years as a form of CPXs income. Indeed, without it they would probably have gone belly up by now. We all know that its guaranteed. So what is the point in incurring costs (£750 is it) to say the cheque has arrived. Sorry don't see the point . Waste of money
