The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Lars who .. never heard of/from him (as a CPX investor)
But equally how many people would know the percentage of shares they own? I don't believe any of the theories just glad someone is buying ,
What we dont know is when he bought the shares. As I understand it the RNS simply tells us when he reached the 3% threshold ?
New horizons https://itm-power.com/news/dr-graham-cooley-stepping-down-as-itm-power-ceo-after-almost-14-years I wonder
This I have to say increases my confidence that we may have a case

And the question is why ? No new sis good news or are the preparing to dump on us . Who knows . In the BOD we must trust. We have choice
Now now JH no need to be ageist. I agree SP has been cxxp for 3 years. Does that fact therefore not entitle investors to comment adversely on the company's performance I think it does
JH Are you now saying you have come over to the dark side? The charts demonstrate the only thing that matters to shareholders and they don't make pretty reading , Still miracles do happen. City beat Swansea on Sat !!
I doubt if we will ever know what went on and why. Having said that the main emphasis for me was that he was to be located in Europe and that says he will be close to what is perceived to be where arguably our main sales opportunities are located. It does not imply that he has other "considerations" on his agenda. The question is "is no news good news"?
Oh what tangled webs we weave. Getting too much for my simple brain . Just hope nobody else keels over before December
I do so wish you so called experts would explain things in plain English so that us mere numpties can understand whats going on . I am of course aware that EM bought and sold Maxwell whilst retaining some IP but I dont understand the relationship between that IP and CPX ie is it relevant or just associated. While the same patents are involved as before why is the Maxwell case so different and why are they fighting so hard?
This patent was the same one cited in the Ioxus and CDE cases which we won . On the face of it that seems shall I call it evidence of "case law". Makes you wonder exactly what Maxwell's defence is , apart from the ability to throw money at it in an attempt to make it go away
So if what you are saying is true bits of technology in Tesla Cars (while the patent was current) is CPXs? Did Musk then buy Maxwell by mistake assuming it was their technology ? Also what is the current situation assuming same technology exists in present day cars . Are we entitled to anything from these ?
Yes I saw that. So what does this actually mean? Was CPX technology utilised in Maxwell's products? . If so how does this interface with Tesla i.e. was Maxwell a supplier of Tesla . Or did Tesla pinch it as well? Just need to understand basics of whats involved and importantly how it affects the current day situation
Well here are the patent numbers in the Maxwell case which are the same as the Ioxus case (U.S. Patent Nos. 6,920,034 (the #034 patent) and 7,382,600 (the #600 patent). I am sure someone can give us a link to prove it one way or another . But I admit I know nothing about these patents so could someone explain whether Maxwell are infringing now or is this purely an historic claim
I don't trust any BOD as ultimately self interest comes first but I have no evidence re CPX either way. In such circumstances you have to ask yourself does it "smell right". I am undecided but cautious
An interesting theory Wobble . Shades of The Nat West Fiasco . In wonder what incentive if anything AK got to go. Did he jump or was he pushed ?. There's only one thing for sure (apart from death and taxes ) and that is money talks Ultimate question is do you trust the BOD ??
Kenny J . It would be nice to know what i was right on !! I know PC01 owes me a tenner. The truth is I am just a heavily invested LTH over 70% down who has been unhappy with the performance of CPX and said so. Basically we have been led by an engineer instead of a marketeer and that has been reflected itself in the SPs performance. I just hope that things correct themselves before I pop my clogs.
I think the most sensible thing we can all do is remove LSE from our favourites and revisit in December as all the various theories are meaningless as only the insiders know whats going on .
Meanwhile one question why are all the various signed licensing agreements producing so little money ? Is money being witheld ?
God I hope you are right Kenny J but somehow good fortune never seems to smile to CPX. I must be honest and say if I could get anywhere near 10p you wouldn't see me for dust. Having said that if we were ever to get there again then there must be every chance of making 20P. All I know is that we are where we are because of Maxwell and in retrospect that was an ill advised decision although some commentators say we had no choice.
