My understanding is that Maxwell may have transgressed CPXs patent when producing a part which is fitted in Tesla cars . If that is the case then CPX is entitled to compensation, What is the position now that the patents have expired. Would any licencing revenue continue while that part continues to be used or does it cease ?

Thank you trading . The reason I am right more often than not is because penny shares are usually that for a reason and with that reason comes a high risk . Many fail. I remember once in 1970 I lost a £1000 , so I just shrugged my shoulders and said oh well its a different figure now on the left hand side of my bank account. The trick is never invest more than you can afford to lose

In retrospect the problem with CPX has been that it was founded and been run by an Engineer, What was missing was the sales and marketing skills . We can only hope that the new regime turn things around

Wobble can you please explain why anyone has to be invested so as to be able to comment on a shares performance? You often post reports from analysists, Are they invested. Surely the important thing is their opinion, not whether they are invested . If you disagree with them just ignore them after all "its your money"
