How much does CPXs licensing stream generate ? Not a lot. Had historic problems with AVX Ioxus so not sure how well this IP thing has been managed in the past. So am I confidant re the Maxwell case? Don't have a clue but not long to go . Just need it to end

Another frustrating week in the life of a CPX LTH

Well after a week of almost continuous good news , the SP has rocketed from 1.3 to 1.5p So I guess its 15 all Wobble and Mucker

Well some say this will rocket this week, while others predict a significant sell off. Who will be right? 1.3p is the starting point Mucker .

Well it looks like the predicted settlement and we've already won and its a question of how much we get, claims have not materialised. I guess only CPX and Maxwell know how the land lies. What we do know is that a 5 day trial is envisaged . What I don't know is this the beginning of the end or the end of the beginning . What are next possible moves if Maxwell don't accept the verdict?

The herd is arriving . There will no doubt be a fall back when the profit takers sell but lets hope for a sustained rise afterwards. It will be interesting to see should we receive a large windfall what the BOD intends to do with it . I of course would prefer a shares buy back but at tines like this you will find out the BODs true colours towards shareholders concerns .

I am not offering advice Wobble just pointing out that despite all the noise about an upcoming positive settlement the SP has today stayed absolutely still, As I say expect the worst hope for the best . Been there done it

Ducem I first bought in 2015 . At my age I often cant remember why I made decisions yesterday let alone 8 years ago . If I had the guts I would take LSE off my favourites for a month . Who knows whats really going on

Shoulda woulda , coulda . The fact is that the SP never lies . It reflects mainly what the market says its worth. At the moment everything is pure conjecture. I for one will only believe 3p when I see and only then will I know I have only lost half of stake . Happy Christmas everyone

Well said account no 3 (wobble gets it) . For me its expect the worst and hope for the best. If the best happens well I shall be the first to say well done CPX (but I would say that wouldn't I)

Given all the confidence that CPX is on a winner with Maxwell case I have but one question. Why is the SP below1p?

Why would Maxwell apply for an extension when one of its main "witnesses" died if it had an intention of settling? I believe this will go to trial but only time will tell

Interesting. It looks like the CPX case is the big one then . It also indicates that Tesla intend to fight it all the way . The question then I suppose is how long can CPX afford to continue . Any necessary funds will have to be generated through sales . So the next year will all be about turning interest/orders into sales

My apologies Ducem . The motion was to re-elect Mr Grey. The question is why was that voted against. Clearly the institutional investors played a part in that decision as they are clearly unhappy about something or was it vote that represented the lack of confidence in the whole board. Who knows but it shows that all is not well. Cant wait for chritmas to come and go.
