Just completed my monthly spreadsheet to work out how much I am worth dead. CPX is lowest that its been this year (at month end). So much for a year of transformation. I'll be 100 before anything happens

Trading . It is noted that AVX royalties are "resuming". Could you ask whether this is at the previously agreed rate which I believe was 5% and what about "backpay". AVX as I recall was about £300kpa and if paid in full represent most of the trading loss. OS

Which way will the SP go ? What will the market think of it? Must say the IP side of things frustrates me. Some say we have no choice but to pursue offenders yet to date it has brought us nothing but grief and costs. Like it or not the decisions in the AVX and Maxwell cases will be pivotal to CPX's future IMHO.

IMHO there must be some doubt as the whole IP issue has never run smoothly . Equally, Ioxus have apparently "paid up". I sincerely hope you are right but this is certainly hairy stuff as far as I am concerned . Will it be winner takes all?

All this talk about the Maxwell case is getting boring now. None of us really has a clue whats going on and wont until a verdict is arrived at. And that could go either way. Meanwhile the SP reflects this uncertainty and drifts down. Similarly expected news about the AVX situation has not been delivered. The only winners so far are the legal teams
