The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Wobble given that I wouldn't know one end of a super cap from the other please enlighten me. Musk bought Maxwell for something called DBE, the technology for which he retained. Are the patent infringements anything to do with that technology ? If the answer to that is yes then we are dealing directly with Musk. If not would it be correct to say Musk has no direct interest in the outcome . Just trying to understand what's what
Given that Musk has sold Maxwell to UCAP I wonder how much interest he retains in them given several ex Tesla staff now work for them. Come what may he is as slippery as an eel Lets hope if we win that any costs are but mere pocket money to him. I have a feeling this aint done yet (and so does the market it seems) .
I suspect Boris asked the same question
So how litigation funding work? If successful does it mean that the funder gets a higher return? Or is it merely a ploy for bidding for the work? In other words "what in it" for both parties
I would like to see a buy back
I don't make any point Hayhasi as the SP is where it is for whatever reason. The market dictates the price. What I do know is that we are in dispute closely associated to the richest man in the world. What I don't know is what money is involved or how far our opponent is prepared to go to deal with the problem or indeed how significant the problem is to him . I merely point out that I believe that if the dispute is settled in our favour or without cost to us then a significant upward trajectory of the SP will be the likely outcome
I have appeared at a few PIs and for the ordinary man in the street to understand the process is a bit daunting. This dispute must contain some highly technical arguments and I have no doubt the final motions sum up the various cases. My only concern is how can "ordinary jurors" will understand the arguments . And is where I presume the skill of our advocates and the advice of the judge comes into play. All we can do is hope that it goes our way as the result could change all our lives. Only 3 months to go
Now now James . Great news so all we now have to do is sell loads. Having said that that probably wont relate into any trading update for at least a year . Till then all we can hope for is the herd mentality to take over on some sort of ground breaking news, Wobble for CEO perhaps?
If the Maxwell decision is not due until the end of Oct and the AVX issue is due to be sorted by the end of June then how do we know that the two disputes are connected? Short answer is that we don't know (for sure?) but as I have pointed out many times the emphasis must move from R and D (for revenue purposes) to sales and marketing . I will gladly bow to Wobble if the next 12 months brings us positive news in both categories
Not that poor I have well over a million shares !! Get a life Wobble. I simply have a different point of view than you . Deal with it
You guys must really thank me for driving the SP down
Ducem I am inclined to agree. I find that most rampers are inclined to believe the hype (but are they being sold a pup) whereas I believe most times BODs have a vested interest in only telling you what they think you want to hear. That assessment comes only with experience. Clearly we have differing views and will never agree. You pays your money ... I urge caution you dont
The problem there Wobble is that it is my petty cash to do with as I see fit. As such it has absolutely nothing to do with you. So deal with it . Have a nice day
Petty cash old boy ...just petty cash . Has to go somewhere
I did filter but my screen was all green, I don't like green as a colour so I relented . I have no objection to positive links providing they are reflected in the SP. Until then they are all hype.
You are quite right Vanilla, Have been working on some separate accounts which are Jan to Dec. My mistake, give you that one
This video is essentially a self appraisal of the value of the partnership The ultimate appraisal will be their sales figures. When are H1 figs due?
I have not seen any light . I merely observe and comment as I see fit . I will believe 57p when I see it . Till then I base my expectations on a company's past performance moreso than its future expectations/predictions however attractive they may seem
Sarcasm is .........
But interesting ............ and has provided expert testimony "relating to damages, including design patent and trademark damages".
