Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Thanks TD for the courtesy of replying . Firstly I don't see anything in the general issues you raise as privileged information . You simply amalgamate many of the issues we are all have . In my case I am being offered ridiculous money for my 3 year old car simply because I cant get any new ones. I am trying to understand whether with most businesses who work on a just in time principle why would they order stuff including supercaps when they cant complete their product build . My point is that in theory all sales should be that much more difficult as they all eventually simply meet demand . Still upcoming results will show us
Good question of AK Trading . I tried to buy a new Toyota this week and was told no chance of any delivery before Sept because of supply chain issues . What I am asking is if a manufacturer needs 50 items to build a product but cant get hold of 5 , does he order the other 45?
Well I think I get backing by the advertised SP each day . We have different approaches. You make judgements about the positives. They can take care of themselves. I worry about the negatives as they are things which IMHO need addressing
No wobble you post endless links which say look this is what might possibly be happening and if it does then everything will be rosy. I prefer to say hang about a bit life not like that we need certainty not speculation . The bottom line however is the current SP . That's what the market has decided and neither of us can argue with that
Somebody said the final trial is due in Oct 22. I have already decided that we will not hear anything until then. IMHO this could go on for years. Same with Ioxus Same with failure to pay . To me no news is bad news ie more uncertainty. But what do I as a hedge fund manager know
If you were indeed keeping your readers up to date with CPXs history Wobble you would need only two words , jam tomorrow. Still lets see what 2022 brings. Sill beat Millwall !!
Come on JH its the season of good will to all men !!
Meanwhile we are still completely in the dark about the "significant" failure to pay by an existing licensee or whether any progress has been made re Ioxus. CPX certainly don't make is easy trying to assess their return on IP cases
Absolutely NgNlnv and as I have said before I am playing with previous gains mainly from FTO. When I retired nearly 20 years ago I divided my assets up and allocated some to a shares gamble pile . I am still gambling. Oh dear slipped up there . Forgot I am really a hedge fund manager
I do hope you are right ngnlnv. I remain optimistically cautious
Lets be clear Wobble they only got the Murata line cheap because that company wasn't get sufficient return and as such it was a buyers market . As regards no debt that's because the Aussie governement bails them out each year. So what ever way you look at it its a fragile business
Dont care what you say Wobble forecasts are just that speculation. The only real thing is the current SP ie that is what the market says. I accept that there MAY well be forces which manipulate the price but I make my comments on current and historical evidence . The amount of stock I hold is irrelevant . I accept that I am risk taker but then monetary gain is not my sole incentive. As I have said before if anyone can produce any evidence that I am anything other than private oddball investor then I will give £10k to their nominated charity My current average is 6.857p so I am a few K down but not suicidal. The next results will provide re-assurance or otherwise . Meanwhile the IP situation does worry me
What clues are these then Claret. All in you head old chap . Down . 3 of a p I see . Oh well it was nice while it lasted
Ah you need a lavender trimmer then. Available from all good Garden centres
That's what you get Talatun when you try and cut a lawn with a hedge trimmer !!
Regrettably Wobble the only hedge fund I am involved is trying to repair the broken cable on my trimmer which I unfortunately cut through. I am useless at rewiring plugs . Still with the recent increase I could (if I sold) afford to buy a new one . Nearly at break even now so feeling a little happier
Sadly this recent peak will come to an end in a few days and some will have a miserable Christmas wondering whether it is real or just another false dawn. Any how as its just money I will forget all about CPX for a fortnight and concentrate on the more important thigs in life . Have a good one everybody.
James . Dont be so negative. But you make a relevant point
Thank you Vanilla. I accept I don't have all the technical company or stock market knowledge. Just an ordinary punter asking questions as I see it. The next few months will determine who was right
Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit Iwgrod . Just playing devils advocate. What did Tusk sell Maxwell for and with what assets and how could a start up afford to buy $200m company . Somewhat concerned that this could be another Ioxus where our opponents has seen the writing on the wall and over manoeuvred us through some nifty accounting move . Also what is the real story behind the other defaulting company. The whole thing just doesnt smell right to me . But what do I know ?
