Sadly Techie I have some sympathy with your sentiments. I don't trust any BOD but what is the alternative ,roll over and do nothing. Although I do believe that whilst the motives of most BODs are more inward facing that outward they are always accountable . Surely the upcoming AGM provides an ideal opportunity for the owners of the company viz the shareholders, to provide relevant feedback as to the BODs performance.
