They don't have any rights but there was something came up in the Court papers as I recall that Maxwell were asking about the AVX details. The question is why were they asking . Clearly they thought it was somehow relevant to there negotiations. While the defaulting licensee has not been named the size of the reduction year on year gives a clue
I notice no mention at AGM about the defaulting licensee so we don't know how serious this is. Secondly we have Maxwell making enquiries of AVXs deal. Then we have Maxwell being sold ? to former Directors. Then there' s IOXUS. . What is the informed guess as to what is going on. As far as I am concerned the Maxwell result can come soon enough so as to put us out of our misery . Or am I seeing something that isnt there. So far its failed my smell test
It may not be professional in your opinion but I can assure you it came from CPX. If you care to provide me with an E mail address I will forward it

The CAP-XX Electrical Engineering Group have reviewed your suggestion.
They have replied that if such a sensor was possible the sales potential would be great. Unfortunately, even if such a sensor contained a CAP-XX supercapacitor, it would still need to be powered by an alternative initial energy source.
As the sensor you described will be stationary at the side of the road it cannot use energy harvesting. Therefore mains power would likely be needed and then you probably won’t need a supercapacitor
Thank you for your interest and your suggestion.
No sure if this is what you were referring to Wobble but just proves I am not just a pretty (if old) face . I do have a mind which has delivered more change in its life than you could only dream about
I wrote to Mike Taylor about speed control and he said "no a suitable use for super caps" so on this occasion Wobble I was two years ahead of your time
The facts are that despite having advanced supplies to prevent any loss of access 25% of customers have jumped ship and gone elsewhere. Any suggestion as to why this retention rate is apparently so poor . We should not be saying wow we have retained 76% but sxxt we have lost 25%
Thank link came up "ooops somethings gone wrong". An omen perhaps
Mock all you want but the fact that it has been discussed before does not mean you reached the right conclusion . 4ps now approaching . I suppose that's my fault as well. The market does not share your confidence
The only question that needs answering is why did Murata sell it so cheaply . It was clearly a financial decision so it begs the question why if Murata could not get sufficient return out of it why should CPX be any different .
Mer Oh the former
Mer we have something in common. You have employed our rejected manager . You are welcome to stay at mine if you visit BCFC next year
I guess Mer you are not a football fan as criticism of your team is par for the course. It strikes me that when talking about money you have no need to talk about what is right but moreso what is wrong. Otherwise you are just burying your head in the sand. Still each to his own. None of us will affect the SP. The market alone decides that
This board consists of two points of view. The rampers cite all sorts of possible applications for their products whereas the detractors say "but you've gotta sell 'em first". So far IMHO the detractors have it . Add into the mix the so far not so lucrative licencing revenue stream CPX remains very high risk. Time will tell
Did you also note that he mentioned the $13/14 million dollars sales of which CPX expected to pick up the majority. Where are they ?? Lets hope in 21/22
And Wobble for CEO JH ?
I love acronyms W when O on B bulletin B boards L list E everything
You can think of about CPX. What a prat but at least the SP gone up today . I look forward to a detailed list of the money generated by his many projects
I am afraid I am too long in the tooth to take any notice of someone who chooses to write what 30/40 posts in a day . You just don't get it do you "turnover is vanity profit is sanity" . So all you possible outlets mean nothing unless your income exceeds expenditure and so far CPX has not succeeded in doing that for 15 consecutive years
I dont ask IWGROD that you agree with anything I say . All I comment on is that despite the endless positive news generated by some the SP continues to fall. And when it does there is always an explanation. The market doesn't lie
Well it seems Wobble has taken over the board . Yet the SP continues to fall
Believe me it gives me no pleasure. But lets hope Cornish is right
