The placing was "to be applied towards new product development and driving revenues through sales and marketing" it was not insurance re the court case costs. My concern is that if the case is lost this previously ring fenced money will be diverted . As always the question is "how much do you trust the BOD"?

If the outcome is of this dispute is understood /expected then why did we have to go through a significant dilution just weeks before? As always the shareholders suffer

What I do believe is that if CPX do get awarded significant damages then all PIs should campaign vigorously for some of this money be used to buy back shares and reduce the effect of the recent dilution

There was some speculation a few months ago that the Newlands were "opting out". Who knows , who cares fact is the SP is slipping back again. Roll on July at least we will be put out of our misery then (or jumping for joy)

I am not passing on fear Wobble but just trying to understand why the SP is at a near all time low. Still I must be glad I didn't invest when they we near a 100p . Like it or not this Maxwell decision will be crucial to the future of CPX

As I once asked was it a good strategy to pursue an offender with bottomless pockets. Time will tell. Would you contribute to a placing to raise funds for a case you may not win.? Lets hope for a settlement in fact any settlement to get this concluded ASAP

I would assume that if the judge has made a decision then it would be lodged on one the web sites which advises the latest filed papers. If nobody is able to confirm that then any comment about a decision being made I take with a pinch of salt

Wobble it is irrelevant what you and I think and why. The fact is that the SP is now below 2p and that reflects the confidence of the market which is the ultimate judge. Whether this is down to bad management or bad luck who knows.

The problem is Wobble I take no joy in my current financial predicament as LTH with over a million shares at circa 5-6p . There is little I can say at the moment other than my entirely "gut feeling" concerns about this company have proved to date to be spot on. But like you I sincerely hope the Maxwell case delivers us good news

As I see it the whole future of CPX hangs on the outcome of this case. So much for the "must defend your IP" view when it could end up being your downfall. The result will define AKs epitaph. So far we have nearly 25 years of losses . All we can do is sit and hope. The outcome will be one of technical interpretation. Lest hope the judge is sufficiently clued up to give clear direction
