Very surprised at the lack of interest here. Results in 2 trading days which they have already flagged will be well ahead of expectations plus they pay a decent dividend which they may increase this time, yet the shareprice is 10% lower than it was in September last year. Seems like the closest thing you can get to a no-brainer?

Results are going to be announced a week on Monday (13/1) according to the below interview. Have been building a position here given they have already indicated profits to be "well ahead of market expectations"..

The final PK/PD data was published over a year ago (see http://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/theracryf-plc--tcf/final-report-from-phase-1b-pk-pd-study-/7695756) so it's not that - unless as I said there was something missing that Stalicla was expecting, but not sure how TCF could provide data that was never measured.

Stalicla waiting on a fundraise is possible, but surely if that was the case TCF could find a way to tell us that?

We desperately need more information here on why Stalicla has not paid the $0.5m when the phase 1 apparently successfully completed over 1 year ago!

Has TCF not really told us the full criteria for payment? Seems the most likely explanation to me. Was there something the phase 1 trail missed out that Stalicla were expecting - e.g. the higher doses they decided not to do (for some reason)?

There is a lot of 'spade work' to be done in science labs which is what these people will be doing. Tedious assays, checks, data analysis etc.

The way it works in science is the ones with the Phds - the 'boffins' that you're probably thinking of are in the top rungs and look down on all the other scientists (just normal science graduates) who generally find it a struggle to climb up the ladder.

So yes the £23k salary doesn't surprise me.

Having said that if you really only hold 1500 shares then it's a saving of about £10 on the current price so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

It's a 1-for-5 subscription right so if you hold 1500 shares you can subscribe for another 300 shares at 35.94p.

It's better than buying on the open market as it's a lower price than the current offer price.

However you'll have to be very quick if you want to subscribe as the deadline for cleared funds according to my broker is 'midnight Monday 25/11' which I'm hoping they mean 12PM Monday rather than 0AM Monday!

Listened to the AGM presentation earlier. Ian Stalker clearly knows his stuff. Company well positioned for lithium market recovery when it happens, but will need to raise funds in approx. 6 months time. One to keep an eye on then.

Intending to but not got the funds so will have to sell other stocks. Decisions decisions.

My broker needs the cleared funds by 25/11 as well so time running out.

How can someone "remember" something that you've just made up?

I think the current correction in PMs and miners (which is hopefully at or nearing its end now) effectively cancelled out what would have been a good % increase yesterday on those imo excellent Q3 results and outlook.

Gold, GDX and GDXJ are now all heavily into 'oversold' territory so I suspect the turnaround isn't too far away.
