As for TR-1s you might want to take a look at all the illustrious institutions and family offices who took part in the placing at 8p in early 2021. Appears to mean nothing unfortunately.

The most disappointing thing for me about today's announcement is that they didn't mention any of the other news that is supposedly imminent which would have been an easy way to sweeten the pill.

They already had 400M shares as per previous RNS on 17/3.

Looks like they have added 22,727,272 shares to that.
