They haven't bought any shares - don't fall for the headline and fluff like a mug punter.

They are providing 'services' to HEMO which HEMO can't afford to pay for in cash. So HEMO pays them in shares instead, which Prevail are then free to sell in the market.

Key sentence "The subscription funds received from Prevail Partners will in large part defray the payment made by the Company for the first stage of the work to be undertaken by InfoWorks under the Amendment."

So just like the previous 'investment' from Prevail, Prevail give HEMO some money, HEMO give them the money back, and Prevail get some HEMO stock they can sell in the market. Great deal, for Prevail.

Not so, it seems you haven't read the letter correctly. 33% is the percentage of the Company’s share capital **as enlarged by the authority**

"as enlarged by the authority" i.e. including the new authorised shares, not the percentage of the existing share capital.

It is really simple NikeAir :

"an aggregate nominal amount of £250,000"

this is telling you the maximum number of shares to be authorised, which is 2.5B given the nominal value of 0.01p/share.

"representing approximately 33.32 percent. of the Company’s share capital as enlarged by the authority"

this is further confirmation of the number of shares concerned (if you need it) given there are currently approx. 5B shares in issue, the newly authorised shares will be approx 1/3rd of the new total i.e. 2.5B of 7.5B.

Not sure if this is yet another update, but STP2 is currently showing as part-way through phase 1 compared with STP1 at the end of phase 1. Furthermore there is now a 'STPx Second phase 2 candidate TBA', perhaps suggesting STP2 would be third in the queue.

This (along with the missing milestone payment) does strongly suggest that Stalicla don't believe STP2 has completed phase 1 and are not going to progress to phase 2 anytime soon.

But we are completely in the dark as to the details. Wouldn't it be nice if TCF let shareholder know what is going on!

Are we expecting an RNS to confirm the first two tranches of RHL shares have been bought back (expected on or before 30/8)?
