You are right, it might be sooner than that - it shouldn't take 3 months for them to decide after 2.5 years of working with HEMO, you would think.

The reason for the 3 month extension was clearly explained in the webinar - Eli Lilly need to complete some work (on CDX) for the collaboration to complete and they can't do that as their labs are closed due to COVID-19. Nothing to do with giving Hemogenyx space.

One trade was printed at 7.333 (which presumably will be deleted later) when the bid/offer were both above 8. Clearly a misprint if you look at the surrounding trades.

It never dropped to 7.33. Possibly this website playing up again.
