I did tell people that earlier videos that were similarly 'non-price-sensitive' had the same embargo etc.

I think the countdown thing is just what Youtube does if you embargo(delay) a video.

Is it not possible they hadn't agreed on the length of the extension by the time of the annual report (especially given the increased time was necessitated by the impact of COVID-19 on globalco, something hard to predict)?

Not true, the research phase was completed in 2019. The last 6-12 months has been about clinical readiness, including things like manufacturability studies.

This particular tweeter does appear to be based in Saudi though and all his other recent tweets are all about Saudi.

This does fit with having the webinar some weeks after the AGM rather than something around the time of the AGM - they are hoping to complete a big contract in this time period.
