My point being they can acquire or they have friends that still let them buy cheaply and without any massive spikes in the price. Then we hope they use the same means to lift the price.

Sergio I don't think you need to get so political in your comments and I do think that the Russians and possibly the Americans will be after an election as part of any Peace Deal.

You can actually begin to see things taking shape nicely.

ProxLDM to be honest I expected a bigger boost for FTSE250 inclusion with it going into auction, opening up and then maybe more like 10% to 12% of a rise with others jumping in. But unfortunately none of that has happened and it looks like any attributed boost is over or it's being delayed, probably the former.

I'm not so sure that FTSE Trackers need to buy every share either in the FTSE 250 to get their exposure to the Index and it may well be the case that they can be selective about which ones they include and which ones they don't and they will also have to fit it all around their own investment criteria.

Also to be fair they can just wait for poor market, down days to pick up the stock they need and lets be honest with Donald Trump around there will no doubt be many. They also are out to make profit so timing is important for them also.

The accompanying RNS I thought was really lacklustre and I have to admit to nearly spitting my coffee out when I read this line.

"This represents a further important step to support the Company's strategy through raising its visibility."

Just point me to where in the build up to FTSE250 inclusion have the Board or Investor Relations proactively done anything to raise visibility other than a NOasis "throw it back to me" video

In fact the very person who imo should have been delivering the statement an dis in overall charge of strategy was invisible from the RNS. But yet he did make a grand appearance yesterday on the exit and appointment of a new CEO at Balfour Beatty.

Nothing off Kelso either, unless I have missed it.

It's a strange beast is THG and I honestly think all confidence has gone in the CEO. There was very little supportive II buying prior and now its been included there has been very little supportive buying either to date.

Just look at how it's fallen away and to be fair it could end up Red - and that's after 2 years of everybody waiting. Please no MM Linkedin posts.

Just need what's been lacking over the last few weeks and months, namely supportive buying to appear, the shorts to actually let up, Trump laying off on 25% tariffs and causing volatile markets, and also some Positive numbers.

Surprised though with the buyback that it didn't recover more.

Probably needs a shift in Oil stock sentiment.

Rock8 - the last two points apply imvho as it says to New Listings which have only recently joined the market and have a sufficiently high market cap on listing (and pass the other credentials ) to go straight into the Index. THG is not a new listing. So you probably got the right outcome but for the wrong reason.
