I just find it intriguing that in the logistics field, Clipper Logistics were taken over earlier this year for £965 Million.

Not the global reach of THG Ingenuity and the present full market cap of THG is less than this.

Beauty and Protein divisions all thrown in for free.

103p discount to the lowest of 3 bids that were tabled.

The share price just gets sillier and sillier by the day.

Going to follow my gut on the cash in the balance sheet and on the sum of parts and keep adding at strategic points.

Bids can now be made for the lot or each of the split divisions.

I'm adding so grateful for all and every penny or so of a difference.

To be fair the company is starting to deliver not only in terms of a promise but in terms of any previous criticisms levelled.

Doors now open for a full takeover or approached for each of the respective divisions.

The cash on the balance sheet says there is a lot of upward value to come here.

It's already over 100p under previous indicative lowest bid.

Each of the divisions alone is probably worth more than the present market capitalisation for the totality of the business.

Lets see how long it takes for the bids to start appearing for the individual parts.

Don't forget Citibank with a target price of 220p and its thoughts on the value of the beauty business alone.

Just wondered how many heading we could get in there with RNS.

Lets get some value back into the share price or it looks set now to individually list each of the divisions.

The Softbank news was known here by others and has been being worked here until it's announcement. Any person could have worked it out in any case.

Good news though on the seperation.

Now add up the sum of the seperated parts and its a lot more than the market capitalisation.

I just think they fine the company concerned Trickymatters and that goes to FCA / Government coffers. To be effective it would have to be multiples of any profit they made from collusion working in packs to flash crash a share price.

When you know that the sum of the parts of the business is worth far more than the present market capitalisation you don't have to be a genius to add on any created weakness and just sit tight and wait.

If you can find a good reason for a 5% fall here other than the appointment of a new CFO and strengthening the female representation on the Board then best of luck. It just seems to be every time they issue an RNS even if positive or neutral then the share price retreats. Then it goes back up again.

That complaint should now be just about reaching a conclusion Trickymatters and it looks like MM and THG had some pretty good supporting evidence to hand over to the the FCA.

Hopefully they, the FCA, have also had a monitoring brief on the more recent goings on with the share price. 100p under the lowest of 3 recent bids is more than a tad fishy.

Hefty fines would send out the right message but the FCA should also be able to issue a Supervision notice telling everyone that all trades from the date of the notice are subject to scrutiny.

15th September will put the world to rights here.
