That complaint should now be just about reaching a conclusion Trickymatters and it looks like MM and THG had some pretty good supporting evidence to hand over to the the FCA.
Hopefully they, the FCA, have also had a monitoring brief on the more recent goings on with the share price. 100p under the lowest of 3 recent bids is more than a tad fishy.
Hefty fines would send out the right message but the FCA should also be able to issue a Supervision notice telling everyone that all trades from the date of the notice are subject to scrutiny.
