Money they won't be wishing to lose, one way or the other. Barely a movement in the share price today as well.

I had it needing about a £370M Market Cap to stay above the Automatic Exit.

Can you actually believe we are at this point, it was edge of a knife whether it got in or not , and now it's edge of a knife as to whether it stays in.

Sparsam I'm not so sure it stays up. I think it needs another half point to one full point to guarantee it. Gamma, Avon International, Wickes and Pantheon all have higher market caps. Best they can do is stay above the Automatic Exit position to stop one of them entering.

Interesting what you your friend says on just how "playable" this stock is to make money.

Hardly surprising though with all bids door swiftly closed, placings, radio silence, constant missed targets and the same faces at the helm. I suppose it keeps being the city play thing until either one of those 3 things happens : Improvement in numbers, New CEO or Chairman, Confirmed Credible Bid that is actively being considered imvho

It'll be touch and go I think but with a little bit more buying they might just stay in.

Needs about 28p to be certain imvho.

Although whoever took this down the last week or so to create the "predicted exit" narrative and to collect shares is probably looking at a live up to the minute data spreadsheet with all the nearest rivals for inclusion and demotion.

Tough US sanctions coming imo to bring about compromise and trade-offs.

Erdogan arranging a Putin, Trump, Zelenski summit seems the positive from today for that is where you would envisage the key decisions and trade-offs to be made.

Yes manipulation at it's finest and ought to be investigated but it won't be as nobody reports the good days.

The full share price today has felt controlled and contrived.

Now the afternoon offload. Might be some leveraged CFD's closing or it could be being done to let FTSE250 funds exit. Combination of bot maybe?

I'm not so sure they will remain in the FTSE250 even with todays rise and given how precarious the market cap is and was.

With vibrant markets there are too many others with higher market caps and above the Automatic entry points.

Really and truthfully though, given Kelso advised them to go for a Premium Entry listing over 2 years ago, why oh why was it ;eft so late and with THG barely scraping entry at last review.

A welcome rise though in any case. Something that has been a rarity here.

It might be that they have collapsed the price in recent months to ensure an uncomfortable time for investors after each placing and also to ensure an uncomfortable time for the Directors pre-AGM time, and whilst all the time absorbing up any of the sells and betting on a large protest vote to bring about change.

But no RNS's in recent weeks and months off anyone?

Kelso may not have commented publicly this time around on any re-elections as yet but subtly I think they have and I pointed it out to you last week - by snubbing the THG AGM and conducting their own AGM on the very same day and prior at 9a.m.

Impossible for Matt to attend and prepare for the Kelso one in person in London and to be at the THG one in Manchester also for 1p.m, and likewise for John Goold to do the reverse.

Shrewd and skilled imvho and also that Kelso have put in place share buy backs just in case MM gets "unhappy" with his holdings and decides to sell up.

4 of the Directors I think will face a large protest vote against re-election: MM, TGL, Damien Saunders and Sue Farr. Nobody can be happy with the last year and the share price.

Kelso after the Selkirk approach for Nutrition will remain silent - just in case that reactivates in the previous or another improved form.

That certainly doesn't stop them voting against any of the Directors up for re-election and given the sp is less than half it was when they last year publicly voiced that they would be voting against TGL's re-election, it doesn't take a genius to work out which way they will be voting. Far better in any case to operate in the quiet corridors.

If the present level of support for the share price is anything to go by, that's both in terms of the share price and the volume, then you'd assume a dwindling level of support for the Board. Something that was becoming increasingly evident in the last 2 placings and with several noticeable absentees not participating.
