There was me thinking we were stuck in a super tight range.

Spantrout that is the problem atm in that you never know when either one of them is going to shoot their mouth off next, and running businesses Elon Musk should know better for Trump can make things awkward, delay of cancel contracts.

Right about now they should be getting up in America which is why I think they seem to be dipping it around now.

Take off some for paying over the odds, then add some for growing certain businesses (MyProtein, Lookfantastic, ESPA I'd suggest) And knock off Zaavi, IWOOT, Myprobikekit, Coggles - all disposals.

What's left is worth far more than £300M, (even with the present Board).

If he bags REVB Ashley gets established Beauty supply lines from China and also a manufacturing base for Beauty in the UK as well as the Brand, IP on some really good dupe products, website, stock and expertise. I think it will go for more than you think.

Whereas some may think Ashley's intentions here are friendly, that might be so to a point but business is business with Ashley and he'll have wider ambitions.

Was nobbled down in the last 45 minutes and with the Uncrossing Trade from what I can see Anacott and it's being done to wind shareholders up and get them to vote against at the AGM, whilst making a fast buck. Always the danger though that at this share price and market cap that it triggers an event, either prior, on the day, or just after.

Not defending the Board in any way but irrespective of the present incumbents, the Sum of Parts is worth much more than £300M so I'm letting whoever it is manipulating the price do it to my advantage as well as theirs and am adding at disciplined staged entry points.

Strike off Zaavy, IWOOT, Probikekit and Coggles from the Wikipedia list. First two went to Management and the latter 2 to Frasers.

Add up the value of all the remaining businesses. Take off say 20% for overpaying in some cases on the Beauty side. Won't be the case for all especially those bought out of admin or Chapter 11 in the US. Then upgrade for added value on several. I'd add substantially for MyProtein, Lookfantastic and ESPA.

Just looking at all those other businesses in that pretty expansive list and all for just over £300M.

I know they always say hindsight is the best sight of all but had THG actually developed the "Preloved" business instead of chasing whales @Ingenuity then everyone could actually have either been sat on the UK equivalent to Vinted or indeed Ebay, for it infers selling 2nd hand items.

Kyk there are so many easy fixes here and imvho Selkirk and Iain McDonald saw that just with the Nutrition side of the business alone, and I strongly suspect that they wanted equity control (51% at least) and to put in their own Chairman and CEO at Nutrition.

I banged on about this a while ago also also when they had Ingenuity as part of THG and they opened a new Ingenuity facility in New Jersey, US, why didn't Moulding as CEO fly across to "cut the ribbon" and for instance give UK Investors a walk through of the facility. Could have been used to highlight all the other locations of similar distribution centres like Dubai. Poland and the others we struggled to find any detail on, even in Annual reports. Yet we got nothing and not too long after a Times profile piece saying the CEO rarely leaves Manchester. Even Peel Hunt had to travel to them. Don't they realise that when Investors are armed with information like this and say an understanding of the business and say for instance where they also have production facilities then when it came to the likes of Trumps Liberation Day tariffs and all shares get whacked then the informed investors can assess and buy if the falls are overdone. Instead we had to wait till next update to get told it was minimal. They could just have RNS'd or RMNS Reach d it.

It's deeply in Oversold territory based on all those businesses THG have purchased, and the previous Bids can't make it any more obvious.

But we wait for things to change and its fundamental change that's required imvho.

It might be a buying opportunity but I decided, rightfully or wrongfully, to sit on the sidelines whilst the Donald J Trump and Mr Musk situation defuses and they sort out their differences. Either is capable of escalation and one has got a lot more power than simply their vocal chords.

Kyk it is inherently obvious to every man and his dog that THG is undervalued and the post below clearly highlights that off the THG Beauty businesses alone and how much they paid for them. Even discounting for overpayment others will have grown. Then on top you have Nutrition with MyProtein and MyVitamin and all the food ingredient businesses and then also add in the "Green" Recycling and planting trees businesses as well. So sum of parts is well north of here.

But not wishing to be funny. How many would actually have known about many of them if I hadn't highlighted them and drew attention to the list on Wikipedia.

And therein for me lies part of the problem and it is that the company is not communicating and is imvho disenfranchised from both the City and shareholders alike. When did they travel outside Manchester for say a last investor event. Where is the communication on each of these individual brands within the company and what they bring and add. Once if I remember we had an illustrative video on ESPA that was brilliant and also something on THG Studios. But I can't seem to recall anything else since.

Here incidentally are the last 2 lines of a Linkedin post off Matt Moulding almost 1 year ago at the time of the Peel Hunt Report when the share price was 58p and saying that at 141p, well over 2x the share price THG would still be at a 50% discount to its peers, and that it should be worth 272p within 2 years"

They may well have overpaid for some of these but there is still substantial value in them all and LF for instance will be worth sognificantly more than what was paid.

The point though was - NOTHING of which is being recognised.

The Top 2 need replaced and a full strategic review needs conducted.

Something ultimately gives to restore truer value.
