ProxLDM now I'm glad you mentioned MM's health for I thought exactly the same.

He previously mentioned a health condition he has in the Times profile piece and which keeps him Manchester based and close to his support network, rather than travelling regularly to the City of London and the globe as I think he should be doing as the CEO of a global company. All this battle with the City, his own wealth constantly and massively diminishing really can't be good for his helath, the heart as you mention and all these worries and stresses can assist the onset of cancers and the like.

He actually also mentioned in that Times profile piece that he knows the THG share price would be worth so much more without him at the helm. So I cannot for the life of me fathom out why he doesn't just graciously step aside and adopt a position similar to Stelios at Easyjet, as a (near) silent majority shareholder) and bring in a better and more respected CEO.

My hope is that the dire share price reflects in the AGM re-election votes and actually starts the ball rolling for his and a few others replacement.

Herdie it took a while but I think MM finally got the message on his Linkedin posts, that they were toxic and not good for the share price. Similarly disgruntled shareholders were routinely posting replies to get the real message across (and having their posts removed) To be fair the number of comments now have dropped off significantly - replicating I think the direction of the share price.

170p rejected as "significantly undervaluing" the group. Apollo bid rejected (OVMK saying somewhere between 200p and 250p) and yet forwards we go to the AGM some 2 years later at near all time lows - at 24p.

Went ex-divi today (not the record date which is what I think SMS mentioned in yesterdays RNS)

It passed into Ex dividend mode this morning as somebody highlighted yesterday.

Dividend equates to 3.77% so any drop greater than that presents an opportunity to add to my modest holding imo.

Will reinvest mines and happy that they have the confidence to pay one whilst also reducing down debt.

Investing I also doubt they will be voted out but it is down to people to cast their votes.

What is more important is a significant Vote against their re-election, just as happened to Iain Macdonald previously and which ultimately led to them having to engage with share holders and his ultimate departure off the Board.

Those 23% or 24% of the vote against his re-election incidentally came unannounced and from somewhere.

In some respects if most are seeking change at the top and a Board clearout to resurrect the share price then this news on the immediate run up to the AGM probably turns up the pressure gauge a notch or two against some seeking re-election, for some will be less than enamoured by it.

So, if THG do make the cut and stay up, does that mean that any FTSE250 Tracker Funds that sold off the "predicted exit" news then have to buy back in?

Looks like they may be leaving the Index with an announcement after market close tonight.

Not quite sure if many FTSE250 funds would have ben invested given the Ukraine / Russia situation. Some may exit if they hadn't already.

Did anyone catch the Dividend date?

ProxLDM - there wasn't any pump. In fact everybody thought they were exiting the FTSE 250 until somebody raised the price back up and left it possible, even then the outcome is unknown until they publish the review outcome this evening.

Not even sure there has been a dump either. Price manipulation at it's best is probably a better way of describing it.

But well done on your gains and lowering your average.

Not out the woods yet 1pencil but they are paying down debt, 3 high calibre new clients there and also they are paying a dividend which is a sign of confidence. Will reinvest mines and wait for further green shoots.

We are presuming that it has made the cut and whilst the share price might be suggesting otherwise.

If it has been kept in then as Kbyk has suggested the primary motive will be money. There are a lot of people making a lot of money out of this share. Shorts, CFD's, Spreadbetting firms. All except the LTH's.

They need to supplement and bolster the City of London Police or the Met combined into a Unit, with appropriate resource, make it the primary body and lead for investigation of financial crime in the City and at the same time disband the FCA.

I'm really surprised given all the criticism of the FCA and how obvious it is, that it hasn't happened.

MS tells the story honestly and as it is.

My own gut feel is that there are green shoots and the dividend is a statement of confidence, and the 3 big new clients have bolstered that confidence.

Is this what's behind the fall?

Moulding should be knocking at the door of the FCA this morning with his dossier of the last 2 days share price movements.

Never in my life have I seen anything so manipulated and contrived.
