Starfighter,
"I do not see either of them resigning."
Correct, Both (and indeed all) are up for re-election.
Shamelessly so imvho and without anyone taking even a smidgeon of responsibility or accountability for the dismal performances and the share price: Whale-chasing - None, Huge Capex spent on Ingenuity and taken private for £25M, Rebrand - disaster, Constant missed guidances, Poor margin, Circa $1 Billion spent on acquisitions and Nil benefit to shareholders, 2 placings and a £60M Convertible Loan, Most recent Write-offs and Exceptionals amounting to circa £85M, Premium listing 2 years too late, Back to perceived conflicts of interest, Bids rejected much higher and failure to deliver even a fraction of that supposed undervalue...
Tell you what though, unlike on in LInkedin, he can't censor that article.
Hope springs eternal that there is large protest vote on the elections for the AGM. Doesn't even need to be a majority but significantly so (circa 20% against) to make them have to engage with their shareholders and for some to ultimately head for the exit. (just as happened with Iain Mac)
