Alfa - Thanks, I believe that Tesla might know their tech is inferior in this type of application :

Expert - this is true.
Regardless of my residency I will be taxed according to Luxemborg law - and then South African law if it is higher than Luxemborg.
But in South Africa (assuming all over) if you reside in the country less than half the year you are not taxed in SA.
kevkan - you could have your friends look into Internaxx (used to be TD bank) - can hold up to 9currencies in cash.
Trading on 9 Exchanges.
Luxemborg based so No CGT on proceeds from shares held for min 6 months (i.e. not trading - suits me well)
This is the platform I use to purchase from south africa.
I see my mistake:
- production for year to en Q3 was 1897 mtV
- including low Q3 production (that we were already aware of) at 537mtV
- so Q4 production equal to that of Q3 would give result of 2434 for the year
..BUT at 3000 mtV per anum capacity Q4 would produce 750mtV = 2650 for the year
The revised production guidance of 2600 mtV to 2650 mtV for the year seems extremely conservative considering:
- production for year to en Q3 was 2434 mtV
- including low Q3 production (that we were already aware of) at 537mtV
- so Q4 production equal to that of Q3 would give result of 2971 for the year
Every last one of them Sanchez

Not much time right now to post:
It has been mentioned that a few visionaries on here had the courage to pile in at 1.3p.
I myself was lucky enough to get in from just over 2p and onwards.
For those with vision and courage, South Africa is having it's '1.3p' moment and no better vehicle than BMN - pile in!
Taking research posted here before :
- float gradually shifted - no new shares issued unless funding required (highly unlikely in the BMN case)
My own take:
- Fortune has SA institutional investors in mind/on board and the SA placing is To simplify their involvement. SA is sitting on “petrified institutional cash” as one article called it (been looking for the link all day), funds made liquid in recent years sitting on the sideline waiting for a clear strategy from the SA government. A clear strategy we have been seeing play out recently with Matashe at head
