Whatever happens, be it good news or a fiasco, I would like to suggest a beer evening. I have met a few of you, but there are now many others I now regard as friends and would like to meet. I am sure, judging by his suggestions in the past, that johnnybbad would be happy to host us at his pub in Merton? Or we could meet somewhere more central for our Northern friends? What do others think?

Imo Investmentboy's suggestion was constructive and, so long as the comments were measured and supportive, just add support to someone who is fighting our cause.

In terms of expenses; in the absence of salaries, the only material expense is presumably lawyers' fees.
Reading between the lines, the situation we are in seems to have been accepted by OMF as they seem to be delaying the court stuff (so hopefully means we aren't incurring any there at the mo) ... which seems sensible as if we go bust they will get diddly squat.

Kempey: if we relist your money doesn't reappear, your shares just become tradeable. If they then have a value attributed to them that value is realised when you sell the shares. The market maker pays you for them at a value he believes someone will buy them at (actually he plans to get slightly more). So effectively the money for your shares ultimately comes from the buyer of them. If no-one wants to buy them then despite relisting, they will have no value.

Hopefully the only use we will want for this information is to support the script for the blockbuster film, but if ever we needed the history for a less enjoyable reason, it is good to know that you have preserved it.

inherit2mil was not Dirk. Dirk is angry and has an axe to grind but hasn't lost his marbles (as well as his investment).

No one denies that employees haven't been paid and have been laid off. And this is in a country with a generally poor standard of living. Not a joking matter imo.

Your view is completely logical and I can see that on relisting some shareholders would sell whatever the circumstances. In my case I am currently probably in that situation too but, it could be that at the time of relisting we are in a completely different place maybe with jvs/farmouts in place and funding secured. In that situation I would try to look at it objectively and may decide not to sell. What I am saying is that some shareholders may look forward rather than backwards. For the avoidance of doubt, Zaza lost my trust with the primary bid fundraising in Feb 18 only a month after he had told us there would be no further fundraising, but I did not sell my shares (alas!!!). I considered the position and still thought the investment would come good. So I do think relisting is likely if we survive post arbitration.
Fingers crossed for this not being a hypothetical discussion!

Tsbs: it is a legal requirement to keep a log of shareholders and their auditors would have checked this.
