Grundles: the first step is the arbitration outcome. If we don't come out of that with anything then that could well be curtains, as far as we can tell. But if we do get something then anything is possible, even a buyout or partial buyout imo. For me, if we survive post arbitration then a relisting somewhere is a likely outcome to give them access to capital. I know some have suggested a special dividend but I just cannot see that as if there are funds around they will be invested in the Company's future rather than given to shareholders. BWTFDIK!

Dirk: I'm not sure I got my point across to you; apologies. Basically the comfort is that Zaza seems to have a win at all costs attitude and, if he is successful, then we will be too.

Gipps: the very composition of the arbitration panel is such that it engenders a balanced, fair, compromise outcome, which is a positive... unlike some other international arbitration bodies.

The lack of communication from Zaza is both unfortunate and frustrating to all. Some of us give him the benefit of the doubt in that there may be good reasons that he hasn't said anything that will come to light in due course, but equally there may not be. My own view is that he doesn't care two hoots about us, but, as I have said before on here, that selfish attitude is a comfort given the size of his investment here.

Gipps: can you recall one instance where silence from FRR resulted in good news?! I confess I can't, but very happy to be told different!
In terms of the asset grab, the GOGC lawyer statement that Oopsi posted yesterday denied that that had happened, so it probably hasn't, which is reassuring.
Sounds like the arbitration outcome is in a fortnight; fingers crossed this ramped up political pressure forces an agreement between Frontera and the Government before then.
