Just thought it might be helpful to set out the shareholdings that we know.
Shares issued were 15.761 billion. Although the authorised share capital is 17.25 billion and it is possible some or all of the difference of 1.489 billion have been issued since delist.
For the purposes of this I will assume that we still just have the 15.761 billion issued and that shareholdings haven't changed since we were last informed.
SN holds 1.710 billion which equated to 10.85%.
Zaza holds 1.040 billion which equated to 6.60%.
Devex, in his post of 19.12.19, said FSHG had registered private shareholders totalling c4.42 billion, which equated to c28.04%.

This only totals 45.49%. If there are any known shareholdings I have missed please post details.

We know that there will be many PIs who decided not to register with FSHG, and it's likely that a few more may have registered since Dec 2019 (perhaps Devex could confirm how large the registered holders are now), but I suspect the increase won't be significant. But PIs will almost certainly hold the majority of the shares.
So, we can conclude that whatever happens restructure wise, they are going to need the support of a substantial number of us private investors (probably most) to get it passed. That means we will undoubtedly be involved in the new structure, although we are likely to be presented with a scenario of "vote for this as the alternative is administration", so how favourable that will be, remains to be seen.

Kippermanbike: Agreed. The fact that they have written to some of us stating "We are currently in the process of constructive change and will be communicating with you about the company's progress." suggests we will be included in the new structure.

StarRage: agreed. I never mentioned Outrider going bust; just referring to the fact that (imo) it is pointless sending emails to Frontera at the moment as there's enough leverage already from elsewhere to get the reconstruction agreed/sorted.

StarRage: thanks for the reminder of that fact. So the leverage on Outrider is reduced, which is a shame.

The restructure will definitely include Outrider and both them and us are having to account to the court on how the mediation is progressing. (Earsbern: thank you for sharing the update). So they're under a degree of pressure there with costs continuing to mount for both sides. Emails from us will make diddly squat difference imo so I won't be bothering.

Agreed Bedex.
It's clearly not StarRage. He never shirks tackling something he disagrees with head on, and openly, which he should be respected for.
I don't buy the conspiracy theories that someone is getting these posts removed. They are generally the political opinion ones; but they're clearly relevant to our share as our prospects are now completely entwined in politics, so it seems strange they should be removed. But they are being removed for some reason.

Fortunately we aren't bust yet; at least weren't when we last had news, although it would still be helpful to have an expert interpretation about the recent liquidation update. Please share Oopsi.

Kenco: if FRR goes bust the temporary ISA envelope is irrelevant. As StarRage first stated the price you paid for the shares would count as a CGT loss as soon as the liquidation of FRR was completed.
